"I have been a justfab member for nearly a decade and I couldn’t be more disappointed and discouraged… the cost has steadily gone up for goods as well as membership and the quality has rapidly declined!
You now charge $49.99 for a credit but then use said credit to pay for a $17.99 item- your customers are the losers.
I am seriously considering canceling my long time membership as it’s not a value for me, I am less content with my purchases and the selections seem to be directed towards young people in their 20s rather than mature, career oriented women. "
