"Too bad I didn't see this site till now. My situation is the same as mostly everybody else's. Getting the run-around on shipping. Wait, wait and wait some more. AVOID THEM, BEWARE! Girl on the phone is out to lunch too. She always seems confused an not helpful at all."

"My dealing with "Just Suspension" was pretty much the same as everyone else here. Ordered struts that were "in stock", expecting shipping within 5-7 days as stated, no parts after 3 weeks, called and was told "going out today". This call repeated itself for 2 more weeks. On the third call I wanted to cancel my order and was told NO. Their customer service reps are RUDE and NASTY.

Finally got the parts weeks down the road. Believe me, the hassle and aggravation wasn't worth the SMALL amount of money I saved over other vendors.

I would never deal with them again, even if the parts were FREE.....

"This is a very poor internet retailer. I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order. It did not ship out and no notification was given until 11 days later (there site says 5-7 days). I had to email them twice. The second time, I asked to cancel my order. They shipped it out that afternoon and did not respond to the email. There are other retailers out there who are much more reliable."

"I ordered two struts for my 99 Toyota Camry on March 22. They said they were in inventory and would ship in 48 hours. I did not see any notification of shipment so I called. I was told that they would not ship until April 1st. I believe I'm already getting the run around. If I had it to do again I would not do business with this company. They bill your card the day the order is placed. There are other companies doing a better job at similar pricing. Stay away from these guys if you want good service."

"Purchases a "Works" kit for a muscle car restoration. Steering box has all incorrect fittings. They told me to find adapters or fab them up myself. I said no, I want to return this part. They agreed - minus a "25% re-stocking fee." I returned the part 6 weeks ago and after 6 phone calls and several emails, still no refund. I too got the, "accounting department doesn't take calls" line. This company is awful, do not do business with them!"

"By Far THE WORST customer service i have ever encountered by far. They do not care about the consumer. Do not buy from this store. I purchased a kyb monotubemax kit from them. And just like all the other stories i have read about this merchant, they planned on shipping after the shipping agreement. I decided to call them to see what was going on with my order and they told me it wasn't going to ship until the tenth day after i ordered it from their site. So i decided to research reviews about this store and i was already following the prescribed chain of events so i tried to cancel my order. They said i would have to pay a 25% restocking fee, so i had to cut my losses and now am awaiting my money. You are definately better off buying from summit or any other ESTABLISHED merchant. They seem like they are running a rinky dink operation. AGAIN learn from my mistake DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE"

"Since July 2010 I had 3 purchases from Just Suspension/KYB Outlet for various cars; none of them exotic. It is the 4th and my last attempted purchase that has me off of Just Suspension for good.

I ordered a pair of struts for a Toyota back in August. Based on past experience I expected delivery within a week. When a week had passed I called. They'll be sent in another week I was told. OK so far. 10 days later I was told they won't be in until December. I canceled the order. I missed the first red flag; being charged on my credit card when the order was placed rather than when shipped. 2nd red flag was getting constantly assured about my credit refund every time I called. Finally disputed the charge with the credit card company. After 3 months of weaving and dodging on their part, including trying to prove to the credit card co. and me they shipped the struts based on a shipping tracking number from another order I made, I got a charge back (credit refund) to my account. My proof was the shipping weight of the claimed tracking number was far less than that of the pair of struts.

Too bad; they had some fairly decent prices and free shipping but that isn't worth the likely aggravation. Based on what I've read here and on other web sites their service is spiraling down the drain. Unless you want to spend hours on the phone and fax compiling and sending your facts, get your Nikes on to chase down your refund or credit. Be prepared to hear that the accounting/customer service 'department' does not take calls from customers. Just Suspension also sells (or did) through Amazon.com so a word to the wise....

Avoid them like the third rail.

"Ordered strut assemblies October 4. On October 11, I called because I haven't received a shipping confirmation. They said it would ship the week of the 18th. Called the 18th, was told that it would be late November before parts would ship. I decided to cancel my order that day. I was told the money would be refunded to my account in 3-4 days. After 1 week I called. The person on the phone this time said they process once a month at the end of the month. I waited, on November 3, I called. The guy on the phone was helpful and said that the person who canceled my order only pulled the invoice so it would never be processed. He was going to put it on Carl's desk for processing and that I should call back that afternoon to make sure everything went through. Called that afternoon and talked to Carl. He said that the refund could not be processed because the guy who processes was at the SEMA show and would be back Friday. Apparently only 1 person at the company is intelligent enough to do that. On Friday, November 5, I disputed the charge with my credit company. The money was finally returned but not voluntarily by the company. STAY AWAY from this company. Just order from Summit or Autopartswarehouse and price match to this company. Also check their ebay account. They have several negative reviews even being as a "power seller". BUYER BEWARE"

"Ordered shocks/struts according to web site list for make and model.Arrived with boxes taped together.No padding,boxes ripped. Didn't fit car.After several phone calls,was promised a refund in an email.Returned them back paying all shipping charges.Once they received them, refused refund,wanted to charge a restock fee(25%) and rebox fee claiming they were damaged. They were returned in the EXACT same condition as they arrived to me.It's been weeks now and still no refund or even a partial. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! They will lie and cheat you !!!"
