NEVER buy from Just Blinds

"This was a horrible company to work with. They DO NOT stand behind the 30 day customer satisfaction. I have been waiting for 9 days for the “promised” call from management. Blinds are cheap, customer service was no help ordering & they were nasty, sarcastic & now I am stuck with shades I can’t use. A terrible waste of $500.00. Buy from any company but them."

NOT worth taking chance

"I bought 2 blinds and measured the window. I needed 12.5 inch blinds. I received 12 inch blinds. Somewhere deep in there website they claim to reduce inside mounts a minimal amount.....1/2 inch is way bigger than minimal. After discussing with company they offered a 20% discount to remake. No way would I give them anymore business now or ever. They assume we customers don't measure correctly in order to install! ! Will take my business to another company."

DONE BUY - POOR QUALITY

"I was VERY disappointed in this product. We ordered 20 blinds for our house and they started breaking after 2 years. now over half have broken...Poor quality.

planned obsolescence should be a crime punishable by law....

Could not be happier

"I needed a replacement head rail & went in search of a site that could help. I took my measurements, popped them into the online system & it gave me a price with delivery. The next day I gave just blinds a call but their system was down so I just placed the order online. A few days later I received a call from a lovely guy stating that my measurements did not make sense as the number of slats that I had input did not match & he thought that I had measured in centimetres not inches, this chap was correct & be told me that he could send a PayPal invoice for the difference & my blind rail would be here the following week. I never received the new invoice but did receive my new head rail which was just what I wanted & very easy to change. Thank you so much Just Blinds & I will definitely be ordering from you again. "

TWICE....I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON THE FIRST TIME

"This is my 3rd run in with nothing but issues.
1st they took my money and never placed my order and charged my card TWICE!
NOW.... I call 4 days ago to get a confirmation that my order shipped (worried because of last time), no call back, nothing! I call today and finally get someone in customer service who actually does what they say and learn my fabric was back ordered and not coming! Once again they don't tell me anything and keep my money when I should be receiving my order by now! They are cheaper than most but NOT worth the headache! I would never recommend them to anyone!

Poor customer service

"I built a new home in 2009 & purchased blinds/shades for my whole house. The cord on the largest shade (1 of 3 top down/bottom up) in our Master Bedroom broke 2x's - in 2011 & 2013. I returned the shade for repair both times & had to pay over $30.00 each time for shipping. Two weeks ago one of the cords broke on another shade. I contacted Just Blinds & was told it is out of warranty, no problem I said I would pay to have it fixed. Their response is sorry we can't authorize a repair, I spoke to a supervisor & was told the same thing. Suggestion purchase a new shade. Not an option as I'm sure it won't match the other 2 in the room. I contacted Timber Blinds the manufacturer and was told a repair has to be authorized by Just Blinds. Suggestion get it fixed locally, well I called at least 7 shade dealers in my area & they only fix shades that were purchased through them. I called Timber Blinds & Just Blinds again & they still aren't willing to help. I will never purchase anything from this company again if they won't stand by their product."

Stay away!!!! DO NOT BUY!

"I've bought vertical blinds nearly one month ago still waiting for delivery. Have been contact to customer service 10 times, NO blinds, NO refund! TIRED and SICK of it.
Avoid "Just-blinds" company, DO NOT BUY from them!
Terrible customer service as well.

Absolutely shocking!

"Ordered blinds and wanted them fitting on a certain day before going away , 15 mins before they were due to turn up got a phone saying they can't fit them because they are damaged! I ordered them to be specially made so how they are damaged I don't know! Not offered any refund or anything and I paid £100 upfront! Wanted to change day they are fitted to the day I go on holiday! Absolutely shocking company! "

"Just Blinds company is incompetent in their manufacturing and customer service. The first set of blinds had holes in them, then the remake had the controls on the wrong side because customer service misread my original order. They SERISOULY need to hire people that can read my order and workers that don’t go drill happy. When I'm done I'll have 2 sets of useless blinds to trash. This was an incredible amount of hassle I would never order from them again."

"This company is trash. I wrote a review regarding my experience with them and the product that I bought but my review was never posted. The majority of the reviews on their site are five stars...possible fake so take it with a grain of salt. When I received the blind it was bent in the middle and the measurement was off. Now it doesn't want to go up when I try to pull it up. Crappy product! Most likely got it from China. I'm glad I didn't buy more. Never again will I do business with them!! I will tell everyone about justblinds and how it should be called JUST CRAP!
Don't be entice by the low prices...you get what you pay for.

"I ordered eight blinds from this company several years ago. The price is good, but the quality is so-so. Just recently, the cord on one set of blinds broke, which makes it impossible to raise and lower the blinds. Justblinds.com has a "limited lifetime warranty," but essentially nothing is covered beyond the first year, as I've just learned. Why? Because one qualification is that "normal wear and tear" is not covered. What's the point of a lifetime warranty if the things that wear out through normal use are not covered? The answer: there's no point at all.

The CR people are nice enough, but unyielding. I couldn't even get them to give me a discount on buying a replacement set.

Besides the broken cord, I also discovered that the wood has become discolored from the sun (of course, that's not covered either).

"We have used Just Blinds twice now, once to order our blinds and a second time to obtain replacement wall brackets as we moved house and some of the brackets wouldn't move with us! They have been absolutely first class in their service and extremely responsive to questions and queries. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again."

"Gary the fitter is letting this business down. He tells lies and doesn't turn up to appointments. He rushes through the job so the blinds end up not being fitted securely and he's never heard of a dustpan and brush. Worst of all he stinks of a mixture of stale cigarette, coffee and body odour which takes days with windows open to fully clear. Just blinds are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. I'll never use them again which is a shame as my experience could've been quite different if they'd sent a decent fitter."

"Horrible customer service. I attempted to contact them via their website and email on 4 different occasions. They never responded to any of these requests. As it turned out, the product that I wanted to reorder was discontinued. No one had the decency to let me know this. The original product (premium woven wood blinds) were poorly constructed, but I needed a matching blind. "
