"Just textbooks is the worst seller I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 Calculus books from them. The info stated the book was the U.S. version, well the book was the metric version. The book I needed should be in standard units. There is nothing listed on the site about the book being metric. I was going to send the book back but they are charging me a 30% restocking fee, I was charged $13 shipping, but to send it back to Malasyia was going to cost ~$60. I would only be getting about $20 back from a $147 order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!"

"I ordered a textbook from justtextbook.com on August 23, it was shipped on August 25. The invoice said it was delivered on August 27, however I did not receive the book until September 15.I asked for a refund but they refused claiming that I only had 7 days to return the book. How could I return a book if I received it 20 days since it was supposed to be delivered... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I SHOULD HAVE JUST USED AMAZON.COM"
"I ordered a book from this website and noticed when i ordered it that it was the international edition. They said said it was just fine to order an international edition, and the only differences would be a different cover and a much lower price. However, when i actually received the book, about 25% of the content was edited out, and there was a notice on the back that it was wrong to purchase this edition in the US. I emailed them about it, and they refused to address the topic at hand, give me a refund, or even buy the book back for less than what i paid for it. I was outraged, and highly suggest against ordering from this site."
"I ordered a textbook from this site with along with a friend who also ordered it for a class. I ordered it a few minutes before them. They received their textbook 3 days later, however I waited 2 weeks without receiving the book. I sent the sites admin an email and was refunded the next day. I noticed they are still selling the textbook with no warning despite the fact that they are out of stock."
"I purchased a textbook from JustTextbook.com and did not receive any notice for a week and a half about any shipment when I should have gotten one in 3-5 days! I had to e-mail them about the shipment so they finally sent me a confirmation e-mail that the book was shipped. But then after a couple more days I find out that they cancelled the order! They didn't notify my or anything. I sent an e-mail asking why it was cancelled but I never got a reply. I have never encountered such a rude company! I am never shopping from them again. "

"I've never seen such a good book store. These guys are very responsible and punctual. The book prices are REALLY CHEAP. Who cares if it's international edition or not - books are exactly the same, price is twice cheaper than you would pay for the US rip-off edition. I'm very happy I found this store - will definitely save my budget :)"
