Horrible product

"Last month I purchased a gold plated pendant, necklace, and giftcard from them. The necklace and pendant arrived completely tarnished and grey and there was no giftcard. Their site clearly states on their return policy they will give you a full refund for product defects. This was a product defect and missing giftcard, and they denied me a refund immediately. This is why I shop on Amazon and will continue to shop there for jewlery. I should have read reviews about this company first as they have poor reviews and I see why. They purposely sell tarnished jewelry. They even admited in an email to me that they forgot to polish the necklace and instructed me to do it. I had pictures to prove the tarnish and discoloring but they ignored it and denied me a refund no further discussion. They were very rude. This grey tarnished jewlery is not what I paid for, and polishing did not work. This is not gold plated it's fake, fraudulent metal, and their resistance to give me a full refund shows they dont care about their customers and knowing sell poor quality jewlery with false advertisement of refunds that they do not offer. Stay away from, go through Amazon as they process refunds and take care of their customers concerns."

Bad company

"Can I give zero stars? I wouldn’t trust any money to this company. They sell fake jewelry product claiming it as 925 sterling silver. The jewelry I received was light as a feather. It’s certainly not silver, not even plated with silver. What’s really upsetting they sell Judaica symbols which really only used be Jewish people. Such a shame! Stay away from cheaters!"

Avoid doing business with this company!!!

"Purchased an item late April for my wedding in early June. After 2 weeks of no shipping notice I contacted the company in regards to my purchase. They told me they would look into it and get back to me, then nearly a week later I was contacted on a Friday and told it would be shipped out on Monday. Fearing my purchase wouldn't arrive on time, I asked to cancel the order. Come Monday, after telling them to cancel my order, I received an email telling me the item was shipped. Now the item shows up after my wedding, while I'm on my honeymoon, and I have to send the item back. I was told that once the item was received on their end I would receive and refund for the purchase, and I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs ( since the item was shipped after I told them to cancel the order). I supplied them with a copy of the shipping costs, and an email address for my paypal account ( I was told they could only reimburse the shipping cost through paypal). Well, after several attempts to contact the company, sometimes they will respond after 2-3 days, sometimes there is no response at all (until I send multiple emails). Each response I get is filled with lies and all they are doing is giving me the runaround, instead of giving me the reimbursement they agreed to. Its now October and this issue has yet to be resolved.

I would not recommend this company to anyone to do business. If you see Judaica Web Store in your searches, RUN AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN. They are very unprofessional, and the entire experience is painstakingly overdrawn. Maybe one of these years I will get my money back from them, but I'm not holding my breath.

$300 in Merchandise Missing After a Month

"I ordered about $300 worth of merchandise from Judaicawebstore.com a MONTH ago (on 8/14/18) and I still don't even know where my package is!

I've used many online retailers from Israel over the years, but this is my first experience with this business and my worst experience ever! They didn't even provide a valid tracking number!

I am so disheartened that after a month, they still haven't even provided me with a status, location or anticipated arrival date of my merchandise. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!

Judaica Webstore is a scam

"This merchant should be banned from all credit card companies because they are a scammer. The BBB should have a tagged on this company and let the credit card companies that they are a fraud. To top it all, they don't refund your money. There were so many bad reviews about this company and I should have searched about them first before I purchase something. They have ripped off so many customers. Horrible merchant."

Buyer beware!

"I wish I saw the reviews first. Communication was poor, shipment was very slow and when the product arrived the quality was horrible. Very disappointed. I saved for a tallit and wanted something special I would enjoy and be able to pass down to my child. The quality of the tallit was junk and certainly not priced as junk! Was supposed to be 100% wool and was not. Had a silver metal thread running through, which was not in the description or image. The edging was a "surged" edge with white cotton thread. There are multiple long threads where the atarah is attached that are just hanging there untrimmed. It just looks awful. I tried to leave a review on the website about the quality however they are not posting it. When I look at their site it looks like they only post positive reviews. Makes it difficult to know the quality of the item you are considering if you can't read an honest review."

Poor customer service and dishonest!

"I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in early August. First, they didn't allow me to pick up my order, even though I was traveling to Israel at the end of the month, then they promised me free shipping for an exchange, which they reneged on, and it takes them over a week to respond to emails! When they show sizes on their website, they don't clarify that M/W is men's/womens, and not medium/wide. But the fact that they have been dishonest and not honored my request for free shipping after they promised to do so, and that this is now going on for over 2 months, is disgraceful. STAY AWAY!"

"I ordered a talis and received it within 10 days. I called Akiva and he told me the talis was going to ship out on Monday and I received the talis the following Tuesday. Very happy with the service!!! Thank you Akiva!"

"Ordered $56 worth of products 35 days ago. Never received the order. Their "customer "service" is non-existent. Someone named "Ben" keeps telling me to check the post office "nearest you", which is clearly a runaround.

This is a fraudulent company. Stay away!

Extremely poor customer service!

"Here's a summary of my experience, and the accompanying response from the company:

My complaint, after getting my products very late:

This is unacceptable.
Your website did not make note of the 4-6 day processing time at any time during checkout, and your shipping policy isn't even written in standard English. (In English, "availability" is not used as "processing time").

A reasonable person looking at shipping times on a website follows logical standards, considering the shipping time, not adding an extra seven extra days so that the product can be shipped. If it takes you an extra 4-6 business days, you should amend the shipping time for that option to 6-10 business days.

Regardless of this, I inquired about the status of my order before it was shipped, specifically pointing out that the only reason I paid express shipping was because I assumed it would get here within a week, and also asking to refund the express shipping (and ship it normally).

I do not appreciate how you continued to send it via express shipping, wasting money.

Unfortunately, unless this is rectified, I do not think I will be purchasing from you again.

poor customer service/shipping

"i was a first time customer of judaica web store.
placed an order for a book from the jewish museum collection.
the order was placed with 2 to 3 day express shipping.
the order arrived TWELVE (12) days later.
i requested a refund of the shipping charges since it took so long.
i was denied.
no way to treat a first time customer who would have been happy with a shipping refund.

i can now call myself a former customer of this business.
