"I ordered plants from Josh's Frogs for the first time last month after seeing a couple of unboxing videos on Youtube. They looked like a pretty cool company and I'd been looking for places where I could buy a bunch of plants without breaking the bank, so I figured I'd give them a try.
Selection & Prices:
I was really happy with how big their plant selection is. They've got everything from succulents, to vining plants, to terrarium plants, to tropical plants! I stuck to the plants in 2" pots because they were cheaper--around $4.50 - $7.50 depending on the plant--I could buy more without spending a fortune, and the plants I bought would grow bigger anyways. They do carry plants in larger pots, but their widest selection is in 2" pots since they mostly sell plants for animal (like frogs) terrariums/aquariums and such.
What I bought:
A Syngonium Rayii Arrowhead Vine, Peperomia 'Pepperspot,' Pilea Numulariifolia 'Creeping Charlie,' and a Southern Maidenhair Fern.
Shipping:
I ordered my plants in the early Spring, after the last frost so I didn't need to worry about a heat pack. But of course I worried anyways because these are live plants we're talking about! But I didn't need to fret after all because shipping was so fast! I got my order maybe two or three days later and my plants were well watered and tightly packed for their journey.
It's been about a month since then, and all of my plants are doing great. They had a rare orchid I've been really wanting, so I'll definitely be ordering from Josh's frogs again in the near future."

"I've ordered a few things here and there from Josh's Frogs in the past. They have really great prices and free info all over their site. This week was my first time ordering an actual frog from them, along with some live plants and insects. Everything arrived really well packaged and in perfect condition. Since my frog would be overnighted and the other things to set up his tank came with two-day shipping, I asked if my frog could be sent a day later. Customer service immediately responded and approved my request to have them delivered on the same day. I only have good things to say and have personally only ever heard good things said about their company. I think that some people leaving reviews here need to remember that online businesses do not control shipping carriers. Mail gets lost, delayed and damaged, and companies that are doing their best on their end still have to deal with all the fallout. Always contact a seller before leaving a review! If the mistake was truly theirs, it's usually pretty easy to get a refund."

"I’ve done business with Josh’s Frogs a few times over the years, mostly in-person at expos. I own The Gecko Geek, and have vended at some of the same expos with Josh’s Frogs over the past several year. I’ve always been happy with them. The staff at shows has been knowledgeable, and they bring quality animals and products. I recently made my first online purchase with Josh’s Frogs for 2 micro geckos - a species I have been trying to find for a long time. Communication during the sale was great. I had lots of questions, and time was taken to answer all of them. Shipping was processed quickly and affordably. I opted to have the package held at a hub since drivers in my area typically run late. I was able to pick up right at 9am and opened the box immediately. The girls were perfectly packaged in a temperature-controlled environment. They arrived well hydrated (not soggy wet), alert, and active. They acclimated very quickly to each of their quarantine enclosures and have been actively exploring and eating like champs. I still have them in quarantine now (just as a matter of practice), but I have absolutely no concerns and am already enjoying watching them dash around like sneaky little elves.
Once again, a great experience with Josh’s Frogs, and I plan to continue being a Josh’s Frogs customer"
