"Placed my order on 11/5/10; today is 12/06/2010 and I still did not get my order. Called them at least 5x and no one ever answers. Open up 2 service tickets on their website and got nothing; they just close the tickets without answering my order question. Had to call my credit company to get a refund. "AVOID" this merchant. "

B.S! There is no consumer access to customer service personnel.

"All items in stock & ready to ship"
B.S! Why is my order still processing after 23 days?

"Instant access to sales & service specialists during business hours"
B.S! My calls are immediately disconnected after being informed their voicemail is full.

"Your credit card will not be billed until 24-48 of product being shipped"
B.S! My credit card was billed within 24 hours of my order being placed.

"We always strive to provide you the best shopping experience possible"
B.S! They don't respond to email inquiry tickets.

I faxed a demand for cancellation of order #3879 and have yet to receive ANYTHING from them beyond the original invoice.
I demanded a refund of $82.99
I disputed my credit card billing!
I will report this experience to State of Maryland Consumer Affairs

"It has been 3 weeks since i ordered and site still says "processing". They do not answer e-mails and their phone goes to a message and voice mail is full. I have filed a claim with my cc company and a complaint with the Maryland Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the Washington area Better Business Bureau. Everyone else please do the same! Avoid these guys like the plague."

"Fatal System Error saved us all!
I ordered on Nov.23 and saw the pending charge on my credit card. Then I saw a news piece on scam websites and started to investigate JooRat dot com and found this site. I had not received my package but it has only been 7 days and Thanksgiving was in those days. I called their number listed on their site and got this recorded message,
"our company is currently experiencing a fatally system error with our computer system if you have ordered from this date prior your order is begin refunded and canceled". I then checked my credit card and the pending charge was gone...no charge at all. Thank God for computer errors...if that is REALLY what happened. ;-)

"Joorat is the worst online vendor I've ever dealt with. It's been four weeks since I made my order and it's still "processing" -- a state it's been in for the past three weeks. Bear in mind that this was for a product that Joorat's site said was "in stock". Worse, they won't let you cancel any order that's "processing" and they ignore complaint mail to their customer service address.

It's almost as though the company has gone out of business and nobody bothered to turn off the web servers before leaving. Pass 'em by.

"Had to file a dispute through my credit card against JooRat. Never received my order, but they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order on 10/27. Checked my order status on their website, and it said there was no such order. Sent them an e-mail with my order receipt and asked for an explanation. Got no response. I called a few times and couldn't leave a message because their mailbox was full-probably full of complaints. Sent a follow-up e-mail. No response from them. Their prices may be lower but what good is that if you never get what you ordered. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. "

"Beware. Bait and switch outfit. I ordered a logitec trackerball. Joo Rat sent instead a very different mouse, a trackerball marble. A sales manager said that it says in the terms that it can send a similar product.

Joo Rat is supposed to send an RMA for return, but what a hassle.

Lame company -- Why didn't Joorat just notify me that it didn't have what I ordered, so I could have canceled the order?
