"This is a fantastic dress, I am so glad this was my choice, but I ordered it in "ocean blue". Very beautiful, I can agree with the writers above: when the dress is on, I will never take it off. The quality of both the corset and the sewing was better than expected.
Before I got the dress, I was afraid that the corset should be "to hard and uncomfortable" for a woman with bigger breasts. But the corset is perfect! Very soft in sewing and material, but not to soft. I can wear this dress without a bra, even then I got almost double ****-size than the **** the picture. Good to know: If you live alone, it is totally impossible to tie the dress in the back by yourself. You need help! "
"My wedding dress was simply amazing. I ordered it (custom measurements) and had it sent to London (where I got married) - it arrived in 4 days!! and fitted perfectly!! "Just received my dress a couple of days ago. First of all, I am appreciative of a great job the dress makers have done on my dress. It is gorgeous since I am very picky when it comes to details. The top of the dress fits me well except the bottom tail is a little bit loose. Other than that, I am happy with the shipment, the communication, and the customer service. All the representatives from Joannes are very professional and sincere.
As far as the price, here is the break down: £19.99 for custom made, £15 for train removal, $29 for shipping, plus a surprise £56.60 for custom fee which I had to pay at the door when the package arrived. For those future brides who live in U.S, keep in mind that if you order anything oversea in which value of goods is greater than £200, you will be charged a custom fee as in my case I did. Regardless, you will have to pay that extra custom fee since the dress is over £200.
I ordered my dress in ivory and the color is not that white like in the picture but it is a really nice ivory. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely order again from Joannes and will recommend to others. Nothing can beat a good customer service and a great product with great price!!!"
"hi I just wanted to thank Joannesdress so much for the dresses, they are wonderful and fit perfectly, really good job! I love them! The colours are so nice and actually on whole better than what i expected.
