Mixed feelings

"My earrings arrived in a timely manner, but they are checkerboard cushion cut even though I ordered princess cut, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to request a return. The weirdest part is that the charge never showed up on my bank statement, so I guess I can’t complain since I basically got the earrings for free, but it does go to show that they are sloppy and don’t really know how to run a business. However, the alexandrite does change color quite nicely under a sufficiently “warm” light."

Stay far away from this merchant

"Spent nearly a month trying to get the jewelry I ordered. If you really like being lied to and insulted, this is the merchant for you. The most unbelievably rude seller imaginable. When I finally got the item, I returned it. Waiting to get my money back. Merchants as nasty as this do not get my money. Let the buyer beware. This company's "customer service" is worse than nonexistent."

Unsatisfactory Experience

"I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered an Opal mens ring which I was told by a customer service representative had an approximate gram weight of 10.1 grams, when I receive the ring it weighs only 6.4 grams, now I know they said 10.1 was an approximation but clearly they were just being disingenuous. 6.4grams is a very big difference considering the ring cost $400.

Secondly my order was canceled because according to them for "security reasons my order could only be shipped to my billing address" so if that's the case why do they give me an option to ship it anywhere I want??? I chose to ship it to my job where I am 12 hours out of the day, I'm never home. If that wasn't annoying enough, I had to pay an extra $400 to order again but this time to ship to my billing address. It took days to get my money back from the first order that they canceled.

Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, clearly this company does not value their customers. I'm not even going to return the ring, that's how disappointed I am, that I don't even want to deal with them period. You can't even pick up a phone and call them , everything is through email.

The only positive experience with them was 1 day delivery and a nice ring box.
