"Overall, my experience with Jet Guns was positive. They replied to my questions via email very promptly, addressed my concerns professionally, and followed my instructions exactly. I was very impressed.
However, their web site leaves much to be desired. Their firearm pics are small and don't expand when you double-click them, their in-stock quantities aren't displayed, and they require you to put your own address in the "ship to" field instead of letting you enter the address of your FFL holder. Also, I was unable to manually enter my desired deposit amount on my layaway purchase, I had to put it in the "comments" section and hope someone saw it. I would have felt better about my transaction if I could have manually entered my desired down payment in the "order total" field during checkout."
