"First time ordering from Jet guns and everything went smoothly except that the link for purchasing a gun online doesn't show your fax number. You have to go to the FAQ page to get that information for the FFL to send over their infomraiton. "I ordered some ammunition from them. Once I received a tracking # I noticed that the tracking # showed my order being delivered, to another state. I attempted to contact Jet Guns multiple times via email, nobody got back to me. I phoned up, nobody answered. Finally they responded to my email saying there was an order mixup. I waited another week, nothing. Contact them again, no responses. Called them and finally got someone on the phone who had a hard time even writing my phone # down. Then they started emailing me back finally telling me they shipped MY order to ANOTHER customer. Then sent that customer MY ADDRESS and asked that customer to ship that order to me. Apparantly they sent my order to the wrong address and had now provided a total stranger with MY address and a BOX of ammunition to send me. Seriously? Talk about a security concern. I shop with a place and they start giving their customers my address and asking them to ship things to me after they accidently sent it to the wrong party. Thats osburd if you ask me. I'll NEVER do business with this store again and HIGHLY recommend if you value your privacy you do not either.
FOLLOWUP: After this was brought to the company the company did email me apologizing and did make it up to me by getting my correct order out. It did take them a week to get the order out, but they attempted to make it right."
