"Purchased an iPad mini 4 off of the Walmart app not realizing it was from a third-party. Jem Jem. So I bought it early in November to give to my daughter for a Christmas present but we didn’t actually start using it until January.
Prior to that it seemed to hold a charge and I thought It was fine… Boy was I wrong. Would not hold Wi-Fi kept kicking it off… It would freeze up under settings etc. Took her to the Apple store and they were able to download the latest iOS and then we tried several times resetting the iPad. To no avail. It kept kicking off Wi-Fi etc. so they said that it must be a hardware issue. Tried to return at Walmart and they would not accept. Contacted jam jam and they really don’t even care they just repeat it’s past 30 days. So I absolutely would not buy from them again. Their refurbished stuff is crap and clearly they don’t check their items well. The fact that they only guarantee for 30 days says a lot. Would never purchase from them again. Luckily Apple gave me a trade-in credit amount so I only lost $80 but still. Totally not worth it. They even make you buy the warranties when Apple gives you a year for free."
