"I had ordered a Xbox to VGA converter from this site in late April. I was emailed a notice that the item was shipped and would be receiving the item in 3-5 business days. I did not receive the item within 8 days. I emailed Mandeep Janda and explained that I had not received the item ordered. I received very fast responses during the process of trying locate the package. Unfortunately I still did not receive the package from USPS. It appears the package was delivered to the wrong address. Mandeep has sent out another adaptor to cover the one lost!! This type of service is rare anymore and I highly recommend Jandaman to anyone looking for gaming accessories!!!"
