"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DEVIOUS INCOMPETENT SHAM!. GOODS NOT RECEIVED - EMAIL TICKET IS EITHER NOT WORKING OR THEY SEND YOU OTHER PEOPLES TICKETS (So Much For data protection). Inform eventually either goods dispatched or Refunded.
Both standard replies that do not relate or carry any truth.

"Do not buy from this company. I ordered £220 worth of printer supplies from them on 20 September, and 25 days later they haven't arrived despite a reminder 15 days ago. Now can't get through on the phone and they are not replying to emails. I hope this company goes out of business; they don't deserve my custom or yours."

"AVOID: I bought 2 hard disks by the end of August. I did not receive them within the promised time frame (7 working days) so I called them and they assured me that they were on their way. that happened two times. After not receiving anything I called to cancel my order. They said I will get the money back in 5 working days. I didn't. I called them subsequently every week and 1 month and a half later I still don't have my money of my products. I have now called my bank and I'm waiting for the result of their investigation. "

"Do not use this firm. I ordered disks on September 10. Payment was taken the same day but over a month later, no notification of shipping, no disks and no response to enquiries.

I have had my credit card company charge the money back from jamdup.com. They did this quickly and without arguing - possibly a sign that problems with this firm are not limited to me.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I ordered £250.00 worth of goods and paid for 3-5 days delivery. This was for monitor stands for the company I work for. 1 month later we have still not received our order. I called 2 weeks after the order was made and a representative told me it would be with me either that day or the next day (Ironic!!) As I expected the order did not come. for 2 weeks I have been calling the number given on the website which never gets answered. I cant even leave a message as their mailbox is full (Probably from all the angry customers they will get) I then looked at reviews and saw I was by far not alone with the bad customer experience from JAMDUP. We will be carrying out legal procedures if we have not had a reply to the 7 emails I have sent by the end of the week!!!!!"

"Shocking! I only wish I'd searched for Jamdup reviews before I ordered. I can't say purchased as that would imply that I received my goods...I didn't. Phone - rarely answered. When they (I say they, I think 1 person business) I was told lies - 'sent on overnight today' - never arrived next day. DO NOT USE JAMDUP. Another one here going through credit card to get money back."

"Wish I had taken more notice of the reviews that others had written before I placed my order with Jamdup.com. I placed order easily enough, within two days I had an email stating item was dispatched and would be with me within 7 days. 8 days later it hadn't arrived so I called Jamdup and was told that my order would be with me on Monday, this was Friday. Monday came and went with no delivery, as did the rest of the week, even though on Tuesday after calling again I was told that it would be redispatched as apparently it was lost in the post on Wednesday next day delivery with their new courier DPD. It obviously didn't arrive, they were very slow to respond to emails and the phone rarely gets answered. When I did eventually speak to someone again I was told that Daniel would call me straight back. Needless to say he didn't, I had to call again the following Monday and was told that my money had been refunded on Saturday. I have yet to receive any confirmation of that. Diabolical service, they may be slightly cheaper but would not use again or recommend to anyone."

"I really cannot emphasise enough what dreadful, dreadful company Jamdup is to deal with. I can't add much to what everyone else is saying - very poor service, no communication, lies told to customers, none delivery of items. I am another one (of the many it would seem) who is making a claim through my credit card for recovery of the money this company has 'stolen' (thats how it feels, they just weren't wearing a mask). I will certainly never even entertain the thought of placing another order with Jamdup and I would strongly advise anyone with an ounce of common sense to shop elsewhere also, as tempting as their prices are. I would be giving Jamdup 'no stars' if it were at all possible.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered around £40 worth of parts so it's not the money it is the principle. The goods were ordered in July. I was told that they had been dispatched on 31st July. Now 30th August and no goods. Cannot get through on the telephone and email consist of one stock reply."

"I wish I had seen this before I placed an order for £200 worth of ink with them. It was supposed to be a 3 day delivery and it has now been a month. They do not reply to emails and if I call they just put me on hold or don't answer. I am wondering if it is possible to sue them, they are fraudulent."

"Dont buy from them. I bought a printer which never showed up. They told me it was delivered twice on 2 different days then changed the story to no stock then decided they had stock but it was faulty. Then told me a refund had been issued 1 week later no refund, so i emailed again, oh yes its not been refunded but it has now... 1 week on no refund, so emailed again (phone doesnt get answered... ever!) and got told oh right yes its now refunded and the order status changed to refunded. More than a week on and nothing! I have started a transaction dispute with the Credit card company, and have sent a letter to DFT, as they breached all the distance selling regulations."

"This has been one of my most stressful online purchases. I ordered the item a month ago (and the money went from my account) and after many emails, unanswered phone calls, and a call to my credit card company, the item finally arrived.

The excuse I received from the seller was that he was a 'one-man band' who was overwhelmed with the business and couldn't keep up. I was sceptical about this but it might make sense why the communication was so terrible and the item did finally arrive.

My advice is to not use Jamdup until they have sorted themselves out as a business. It's just not worth it.
