"NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
I paid this fake store with paypal, an e-mail was sent by pay-pal and the "store" that the payment had been posted but no item was sent, tried to go trough paypal and no response, money lost, they do not have a phone and do not answer to e-mail

"I ordered an item from this company on 10/11/06 and never received it. I sent 3 emails asking for a refund or a tracking number and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with pay pal and they did not respond to pay pal. Pay Pal was unable to refund my money because they do not have sufficient funds in their account. There is not a valid address or phone number listed on their website.

"Complete Scam. Unfortunately the reviews for this company didn't exists at the time I ordered. I got scammed by the Outdoorandbeyond front.

Same deal as everyone: order-> instant charge -> never recieve the items. People like this should rot in jail. I'm reporting to the BBB as soon as I'm finished with the review.

"As most everyone else indicates, these guys are SCAM-A-RAMMERS! Stay away from them! I ordered a small room heater about 3 weeks ago. As one person states, by using PayPal they get your money first versus as the law requires debiting your money only after the item is shipped. I have sent repeated emails asking both the status of the order and finally cancelling it, but I have heard nothing from them.

Luckily, I learned awhile back that if you are going throughPayPal to use your Visa debit or credit card as they have a zero liability fraud policy.

First off, try to resolve the problem through the store (but these bums won't respond to emails), then go through the PayPal resolution process. If you cannot get satisfaction through PayPal, then go through Visa.

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Charged $82.22 for flatware set that was never sent. After more than two weeks without a response I requested a chargeback through my credit card company. I sent 6 emails--none were responded to personally (only automated). Their only phone number goes straight into voicemail and they do not return your calls.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCESS CLAIMS THROUGH PAYPAL.
Do not open yourself up to hassles and problems. AVOID~~!!

They list themselves on the internet through at least 3 names, but all with the same non-use phone number and phony FAX number.

"STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMER. I thought I smelled something fishy about this seller and sure enough I'm having the same problems as everyone else about not getting the stuff I bought. I'm just lucky I only got ripped off for 20 dollars because I was going to buy more but I wanted to test the site first and I'm glad I did."

"After more than a month, had not received anything other than auto-replies to any inquire to my order placed with outdoorandbeyond.com. This company seems quite shady. They operate outdoorandbeyond.com and toolsandbeyond.com with all their domains are handled by a private registrar (myprivateregistration.com), so determining their real address is impossible without a court order.

The 'fax' number of ***-***-**** is in Missouri, but they claim to be in California, though no record exists with the Sec of State using any name they provide. Only after starting a dispute with paypal, will an email address of ****@**** be given before the dispute is to reach the Paypal resolution center.

I'd definitely recommend doing business with any company that refuses to properly identify itself, fails to register with the state, hides or fakes the contact info, and even photoshops (poorly) their company name onto a generic building on their front page suggesting it is their warehouse while using stock photos of an operations center.

Do a google search for this company and you will find a lot of dissatisfied consumer, most with the same issue or merchandise not being sent and absolutely no contact from the company until chargebacks are made.

"Absolutely great service from Jaggers Wholesale, I recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a 250-Channel Programmable Scanner with Preprogrammed Highway Patrol Frequencies, because they shipped it late they sent the item for free and refunded my payment, valued at over $154.48 in return for promising to become a regular customer. The Item arrived it is brand new and works great, they have found a longtime customer!

"After placing this order, I checked the order status on the customer service page for a week. It never changed from "Ordered." I sent several emails inquiring as to when the order would be processed, with no response. Since I needed the item quickly, I finally sent an email cancelling the order and asking them to post the credit to my credit card. Unfortunately, the only means of payment was through PayPal, so customers are charged immediately when the order is placed, rather than when it ships. Again, no response. After several days, I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. After several more days (I'm sure after they were notified the charge was being disputed), I received an email that the item was "out of stock," and they would post a credit to my credit card.

Since having this problem I have researched Jaggers wholesale on various forums and found that other customers have had similar problems. Customer service and response to emails appears to be generally nonexistent. They have no phone number and no mailing address -- not even a PO box.

This vendor should be avoided.
