"I had a Transaction with Dean Bottorf, Needless to say I am now out over $100 and he will not do anything to take care of it. His reply was "That's part of business" and hung up on me. Extremely scammy.

He will not answer the phone, return messages or respond to emails. The name of his shop is Woodward Motors in Lock Haven, PA.

"Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered.
EVERY ONE OF THESE poor reviews is true.
Same problems. Weeks go by, still no rack.
I call them "we are waiting for a rack
to rebuild--they are very rare"
Yeah right---a 2001 VW jetta.
I cancel the order and they "can't refund my cc"
That then becomes "we lost the refund check".
"we'll call you back"
They never respond to emails or return calls
STAY AWAY!!!!

"WOW! Do not deal with steeringracks.com. They will screw you over one way or another. I have still not recieved my refund. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I suggest anyway that has had a problem do the same. If you cant file a complaint against steeringrack.com file it against Qfirst rebuilders inc located in wilmington, NC.

"Ordered an item that they still show for sale on their website, but after two months of waiting, finally ordered the item from another company that had it in stock. I canceled the order with JagGraveyard, and Dean acknowledged that he would reimburse me my $488.65 PayPay payment. That hasn't happened, and they don't respond to my emails. Well, I handle Third Party Torts for a living, and at this point the law considers Theft as depriving with the intent of not returning, so if he and his company don't reimburse me soon, I will take legal action against him both civilly and criminally. I see on this website that this isn't the first time that folks have had this type of problem with this company, so I would take care when purchasing from this company, if at all."

"JagGraveyard needs to be put out of business. They do not respond to phone messages, they do not return calls when they say (or ever). I have yet to get a response to calls or emails. I have not gotten the part I ordered OR the refund after I cancelled the order 30 days later when the part was not received and I could not get a tracking number. Worst business I've ever dealt with! They have other sites, and from what I have read, everything Dean Bottorf owns is run the same way - scammy. The few dollars supposedly saved aren't worth it if you can't get what you order."

"I ordered key blanks from this company. They sent me a confirmation of shipping, and the product didnt come for 3 weeks. I called once, and the representative was very unprofessional and vague. She did not even ask for an order number, simply asked what i ordered. She said though that they had just shipped out the keys. Still they did not come. I e-mailed them and they responded saying they had them re-shipped. finally, a month later, I receive a package with only one set of key blanks...and i ordered three sets. I e-mailed them asking for a refund, but no response. I am in the process of contesting my CC bill. Will never order from them again. Prices arent even that good."
