"The watch is beautiful. This is the second watch that I've received from Jacob time that does not work. I am letting it full charge for 5 days and if it doesn't charge by then, I will be returning it. I purchased another one (eco) and I let it charge for 48 hours and it is working fine. I understand this was a display watch. If it was under lights, I don't understand why it doesn't work. I really like the appearance of this watch and I really want it to work. "Before ordering a Swarovski watch I got in contact with someone from Jacobtime to ensure that the watch would be symmetrical on both sides because I have seen many that were a bit off. I have showed the watch to several people and about half can see the 'flaw' and the other half could not. So I am just letting it slide. However, I doubt that someone actually took the time to look at the watch and make sure I was given a correct answer. The delivery was on time though and that is much appreciated. It did come with a free pair of earrings, but I did not find them attractive at all. They were cheap looking and was just an incentive to get me to make my purchase."
