"Ordered product day after Thanksgiving and ruined Christmas for my handicapped Nephew...you guessed it. Not on time. Then they sent the wrong watch. Resent another and that was wrong too. They promised me the world then would not respond to me. Then in a moment of weakness, I tried to order another watch and guess what...out of stock. Read-THEY NEVER HAD THE WATCH. This place is a total scam. Stay away from them at all costs. They may talk nice to you on the phone ( if you can reach them ) but it's all a big show."

Those that rated this company as "5 STAR" clearly haven't had any problems. It has nothing to do with the amount of delivery time it takes- this is something that you should be prepared to wait for. However, when an order just doesn't show up? Get's lost? Never was sent? Oh but my card was charged..maybe they should wait to charge individuals for their items until the customer actually receives their order. Or here's an idea, maybe hire staff to go through the orders and double check that they were processed, sent, and received. But wait, that's why everything is discounted because they probably aren't paying their employees enough...

"I don't understand how they don't have a solid 5 stars. Every person I have dealt with there has been extremely laid back, easy to talk, and always extremely helpful. I have never had a better customer experience ANYWHERE. Need an example? I accidentally had two packages ($150 in total) shipped to my old apartment building. They were confirmed as delivered, but were neither there nor at the post office. USPS literally said "Sorry, they were probably stolen. Nothing we can do." and hung up on me. I called JackThreads thinking maybe they'd give a discount for my trouble. Nope. FULL REFUND with no hassle. They are phenomenal. These negative reviews must have dealt with a different company."

"I understand the JackThreads discount flash-sale model so I understand that sometimes items will ship blazingly fast and sometimes they will take 2 weeks because I'm getting a KILLER discount regardless.

They make the freshest gear affordable for an average dude's budget and their customer service is phenomenal. Love it!

"CANADIANS CUSTOMER: AVOID !!!!

The site is OK, quality is alright and shipping was fast.

HOWEVER: They only ship with UPS which charges outrageous brokerage fee, the duty fees will be high since almost all their items are made in Asia, and you will have to pay sale tax (HST) on top of it all. Therefore, their bargain prices end up being higher than regular store prices.

But WAIT, THAT'S NOT ALL: If something doesn't fit, you will have to pay to ship it back since their special return system is only for US customer. AND TO TOP IT ALL, THEY DON'T REFUND, YOU WILL ONLY GET STORE CREDITS, LETTING YOU EXPECT THE SAME BROKERAGE FEES/DUTY FEES HELL FROM UPS AGAIN.

To be fair, the fact that fees and taxes will be charged for Canadians customer is mentioned before you order. But guess I was an idiot to trust a major company like UPS to charge reasonable prices.

WTF.

My experience, in a word.
Horrible.
I placed my order and it was to ship in 2weeks, it's now 46 days and nothing.
I've twice gotten the "I'm sorry to hear that." and "I'm sure it'll be soon."
and the chat is garbage. Just a bunch of "I can't do anything for you." and "very sorry to hear that."
How is that going to make me a satisfied customer?

"I bought a few items from jackthread, and the quality of the product is disappointing. So, I returned it, and I found out they only returned my money as their STORE CREDIT!!!!
I paed for return shipping as well. Thats not the end! When I try to use these STORE CREDIT, I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND SHIPPING USING CREDIT CARD(NOT STORE CREDIT!!)
I am very disappointed how this flushing,ny (chinatown) company run business. ONCE I BUY IT, I AM STUCK HERE! THEY WONT LOSE MONEY AT ALL! AVOID AT ANY COSTS

"Overall excellent purchase experience and customer service. Great prices on name-brand products.

Unfortunately it will sometimes take over a month to get your items, but estimated shipping dates are clearly marked for every product. I've placed dozens of orders from these guys, and they almost always arrive on or before the estimated date. On one occasion, their vendor was unable to supply an item I ordered, but the JackThreads customer service credited that order, and provided an additional discount on a future order.

"I don't see how all these 1 star reviewers can miss the bold 'Estimated Delivery' text right above the big, red 'Add To Cart button' on every page. Some items will estimate a weeks shipping, and not very far down on the same page, it will tell you that the items origin is somewhere close by. Then on the items that estimate a months shipping, the items origin will usually be china (this isn't shocking if you've ever shipped from china). It's not rocket science, and if you actually read the information it will tell you exactly what you're going to get, when, and why. Also if you search for the same item on the brands website or even amazon, you can see the discount is legit."

"Terrible. Terrible terrible terrible. They finally included a tiny little warning before you place your order about the fact that it may take 1 to 2 months until you actually receive your order. But regardless, it seems like all their items on the website are the rejects from the supplier that they are buying from. For example, this is what I ordered:

And this is after waiting one month.

One positive note: their new online customer service by chat is great!

"DO NOT BUY! Worst customer service in the entire world. It took them over a month and a half for me to recieve the goods I purchased. Mind you after I ordered some items they emailed me a couple weeks after saying that only particle could complete my order. Then after I recieved my items they came in a box that looked completely trashed. It's great if you're happy with buying crap. I tried to return the item. I mailed it back, paid for the shipping and everything, and they accepted my return, but they would not return my money. I emailed their customer service multiple times, but they assured me multiple times that I will not be getting a refund. I've never experienced a company that sends nasty emails to customers. It's not a company that I'll be buying every again. Absolutely horrible experience."

"This place is horrible, I placed my order on December 28th and I have just received it today being February 7th. It took way too long, and on top of that none of the items i bought fit my size and the quality is HORRIBLE compared to the fact that i payed $90-$100 per item. To make things worse they don't even refund anybody, they only give you store credit that never expires! I do not want to come back to your company and spend over $600 on BS! Give me my money back!"

"JackThreads seems ok. They are pretty upfront about their delivery times, it is because they don't have everything stockpiled. The deals are there as limited time/supply items. My problem is the return policy, they give you store credit but not s/h. If you order something, try it on send it back and order something else you will pay for shipping and handling THREE times. "

"I ordered with my son 4 items December 11. The said the stuff would ship on or before January 11. We not only have not received anything, we haven't even received a confirmation letter with a tracking number. They had no problem though charging my credit card. I am truly ticked, and they won't answer my emails. Very unprofessional in this day-and-age of cyber shopping. I do NOT recommend this site to anyone. They're liars. Read below where someone was denied his "referral" credit. This is a creepy company. Stay away from them!!! Plenty of other great deals at other sites with the same items!"
