Originally I was glad to see on your website that JackBgoods "won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees" and that "the price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay."
Let's start by saying that this was not the case! First there was a "program glitch in the shipping calculator" that did not display the extra $9 for shipping I had to pay (however that fee was reasonable), and now this $40 that I was never told!
They never even told me what the $40 entails.
I feel that this service has been exceptionally dissatisfying as these costs should have been very boldly and clearly stated!!
Also, they do not send you the receipt and tracking numbers and shipping information(EXCLUDING the EXTRA costs of shipping that was never mentioned when you agreed to purchase this product) until you chase them down and email them about it.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I strongly regret purchasing from them. "
