I thought it was in stock.

"I ordered this Magnetic Lock because they had it in stock. But they did not have it in stock, it had been back ordered. After I called to request the tracking number after a week, the guy who answered the phone took my name and number. Sure enough he called back about 2 hours later and told me of the back order status. Thankfully it did not take too long, (4 days) before I did receive the item, so it's all good."

Incompetent Customer Service

"JMAC's customer service team is unable to complete basic tasks.

I ordered a single power inlet that was shipped in the wrong color. I called in once and left a message, no call back. Called again, voicemail full. Called a third time and got a replacement issued. Replacement also shows up in the wrong color. I call back again and they say they'll look into it and return my call. Shocker - no call back. I send an email - no reply.

So anyway, it's like three weeks later, I still haven't heard back, have two of the wrong items, and can't get a solution.

And less importantly - I used a coupon for a free flashlight, and that definitely didn't show up.

Definitely won't buy from them again.

OK, but not great.

"I ordered a product that was advertised by jmac on their web site. I could not find the product at any other store. I waited then was contacted by jmac who said the product was discontinued. I thought jmac had old inventory for sale. As a replacement jmac sent me a comperable product but in a much smaller size package. The replacement product works well but I will need a lot of the smaller sizes to do my job. False advertising. Bate and switch.

Delivery of the product took two weeks which I consider as a long time.

POOR attention to detail, and either totally disorganized, or fraudulent.

"I ordered a couple of Speco FPA tuners in June of 2018. The units they sent DID NOT match the unit shown on their website. (WARNING its a year later and their web site still shows the original unit!!!) I had used the ones depicted on the website, but they were selling a unit that had been redesigned, and didn't match the web site specs. The tuner I ordered and was shown on the web site has a front panel volume knob, the redesign uses volume up and down buttons, and the deal breaker is that every time the unit powers up or has a power interruption of any kind, the volume starts out at minimum, not where it was set. I need them at an unmanned site where if there is a power interruption, they will return to service in working condition. Since Speco gave the new tuner the same model number as the original, I could see where JMAC could have missed the product change, So I didn't fault them.... YET.

But here is where JMAC earned my bad, and expensive review. After I checked with the manufacturer verifying the product change and volume problems, I contacted JMAC, and they issued an RMA.

That is the last thing they have ever done! I sent back the units, and nothing. No Refund, No communications at all. After several months of sending emails asking what is going on, I have never received any response, and I'm out well over $300

SOOOOOOOOooooooo SLOW

"I've used JMAC for many things but lately, 2019, they have been so slow to ship the products. This is now the second time I've had to cancel the order because its been a week and the products still haven't shipped. The last order I placed that I had to cancel was a $2,800 order. I understand a little delay in shipping but 2 weeks is a little much when I can just pay a little more money and drive 5 blocks to the electronic supply company."

"I've ordered from this site twice. Ordered expedited shipment to the metro Atlanta area and recieved it in a good time frame, usually 4-5 business days. Items came as described and worked just as they should. Look forward to ordering from here again.

Service quick, item not so much

"I had a very quick turnaround for the item I purchased (DSC wireless panic button). This item is shipped with and internal on/off switch in the OFF position. All though the item is in the off position, once I programmed the system and turned it on immediately it started reporting Low Battery. I went out and purchased new batteries locally and got rid of the low battery warning. On the second day in the middle of the night with the panic button in the same room as the keypad the alarm goes off showing the panic button had been pressed when in fact it had not. I say due to the fact of the batteries being low and sending a false signal for no reason the item should be DOA. I looked into the return policy and it shows they only accept "Unopened" returns, nothing for DOA items.
Not pleased at all with my experience.
