"SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered favors on 8/22/12 for a baby shower on 9/15/12. I figured 3 weeks would be plenty of time. I emailed the company on 9/5, since I hadn't received confirmation of shipping. No response, so I called the 714#, but there was some weird message. I finally called the 1-800 # on 9/6 and talked to a guy named Andy. He said there was a delay b/c their company was merging, but would be able to have my order delivered by wednesday 9/12. I had a feeling that it wouldn't and asked to cancel the order, but he insisted it should be fine. I STILL DONT HAVE THE ORDER AND IT'S 9/13!!. I called today to cancel the order. I have a feeling I won't see my refund any time soon or if at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!!!!"
"Company will not return my calls or emails about my refund. It has been 2 weeks and I was told the refund would take 2 - 3 days. Called the number on my cc and it goes to pay pal. Pay pal doesn't even have a phone number for this company. "
