"This is the most scandalous company I have ever dealt with. Merchandise was poorly manufactured. Chris the owner would not guarantee replacement item to be in better condition. He refused to stand by his guarantee that if the merchandise was defective they would pay for shipping. He agreed to pick up item from my home and would not give me a receipt took the item back. I insisted on a hand written receipt which I receive with reluctance. he further claimed to my credit card he never received the merchandise back and I was re-charged $709.20 by my credit card and he has possession of the merchandise. I am out the money and the item purchased. He is rude, left me on the phone on hold for 45 mins and also hung up on me when I tried to amicably resolve this issue. He has 15 complaints on ebay in the last 30 days as a poor businessman and sells second hand merchandise as new. BUYER BEWARE THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!"

"Ok. Before I purchased the srt8 hood from Aero Designs through amazon, I contacted Aero Designs and spoke to Chris about the srt8 hood. I wanted to make sure that the item would fit my 2007 dodge charger. He said it would fit my vehicle, the hood is in good condition, . I went ahead and purchased the hood thru amazon. When I received the srt8 hood in, the hood was in terrible condition! The item was not in good condition as the seller stated! I received several quotes from body shops, just to get the hood in working condition without paint would be no less the 800 dollars. I called Chris back at Aero Designs and spoke to him about this. He said I can ship the the Hood back and he would refund me the money but I needed to find a freight carrier that would charge only 100 dollars shipping. he said If i choose to pay more than 100 dollars on shipping he will not cover the shipping cost because it would be to expensive. He told me to look around online to get quotes on shipping cost and if i had a problem to call him and he would help me over the phone to find a shipper that would charge only 100 dollars. I spent a day trying to look for a shipper within that price and found nothing cheaper than 300-400 dollars. I called him and spoke to him about this and he said he would call me in a couple days to help me find a freight shipper. He never called, I called him back a few days later and he kept giving me the run around on how hes busy and that he would get back to me. He never did. I came to the realization that Aero Designs was not going to give me a refund or try to help me! I posted a negative feedback on the seller. The next day after i posted the negative feeback. Chris calls me and asks me why i posted the negative feedback? I told him why, and he offered a 125 dollar customer satisfaction credit through pay pal and in return I would have to remove the negative post that I placed. I did not agree to it and ended the conversation. The next day, supposly the "owner called" and wanted to see what had happen? I told him the story and he offered the 125 dollars credit for customer satisfaction and to help with labor on the hood once again thru pay pal and in return he wanted the negative post removed. I told him, that I wanted this situation over and I agreed. He ask me to provide him with a email address where he can send me the 125 dollar credit so I did.

Once he emailed me the information, he told me to setup a pay pal account. He told me "it would take some time to set it up the pay pal account" to lets go ahead and get on amazon and he remove the negative post. He walked me through removing the post! Once he help me remove the negative post he hung up the phone and cancelled the pay pal payment!

"This company is very bad I wouldn't buy anything from them AGAIN!!! I have also seen a lot of other complains about them on eBay and different websites.
They sent me the wrong item, promise me they would send me a replacement, after many phone calls and emails after 3 months still didn’t get it.
And because EBay and PayPal have a limited time to file a claim I couldn’t get back my money. item total was $449.00 The owner refunded me $67.00.
The guy Chris is an A-hole, actually cursed at me a couple times and hang up the phone.
Secondly I knew they had the correct item they just didn’t want to send it because its showed they sold and people who actually purchase.

"I'm located in SF CA, I been dealing with JTRsport since year of 2001, they been helping me out since day first, nice to deal with, easy going company, I sell more then 30-50 set body kits & carbon hoods every month, and all drop ship by JTRsport, prices are unbeatable, top 1 service is CA, I'm not just saying this before they help me out, you can call them any time to set up a wholesale account, and i will bet you the price & service is number 1 in CA"

"This company has cheated me out of 760.00 for parts that were incompatible and returned to them on april 06, 2009. They seemed pleased to say send it back and we will refund your money. They told me a refund was being issued but never received the refund. They answer their phone, put you on hold and never pick back up, always saying "ACCOUNTING IS VERY BUSY". I have complained through the better business bureau
(they are not a member)with them not responding to that complaint. I am currently awaiting news from the California consumers affair division with a complaint I filed through them. It's been months and I am frustrated that any company thinks its ok to cheat hard working people out of their money. They have their product and my money and see no problem with that. Also BEWARE of their practice to ADVERTISE ON EBAY, THEM CANCEL YOU TRANSACTION SO THEY SELL YOU THE ITEM WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO PAY EBAY FEES, THIS LEAVES YOU NO AVENUE TO HAVE EBAY PROTECT YOU AGAINST THEIR SCANDULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! If anyone has an idea of another source of complaint that may be useful in getting my money back please share it with me.

"Won EBAY auction on body kit. Sent check, Kiraki Enterprise, Inc. cashed it, never shipped. Called repeatedly and gave me the run-around for over a month. Told me they wouldn't ship because I gave them a poor rating on EBAY. Now suing them for close to $5,000 in CA and have reported them for FRAUD to several agancies including

IRS
EBAY Fraud

Having won an auction on Ebay. I Paid for the items within hours.(Mon Morn)
I have Credit card and Paypal reciepts.
FIVE days later, I still had no emails, calls or contact as to the status of my items. I emailed them and they made me call to find out? (Fri night)This time they told me they would send it on monday.
On Tues I still have no status, email, call or contact. I email them and AGAIN they tell me to call...WTF???
I call...AGAIN, they tell me it wont be sent till Fri...yea....right!
15 min of talking, my main question was if they were going to send it at all, but I still wanted the Item. They told me they were just going to refund me and not send it. Big Surprise...
Well, one hour later they create a tracking # to show intent, so they can...get this...Report me to Ebay for non-Payment!!!And then posted a bad feedback.
I have Credit card and PayPal reciepts. Emails and phone records. PROOF Positive!
With these dishonest busess practices I have taken action.
They have been reported to the following agencies:
a counter claim with Ebay.com
The Better Business Bureau
Internet Fraud Complaint Center (run by the FBI)
US Postal Inspection Service
A complaint with the Internal Revenue Service and the CA District attorney's office.
They have proven themselves as Disreputable.
My advice is to STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
