"They say they are wholesale companies and they don't have any shop or physical addresses when I asked. I contact them for a camera sale added on Craigslist.com, I thought it was a private person. The price was lower that others, not crazy lower but just enough to think it is a good deal (a couple of hundred dollars on a $900 camera). The contact was James Stephens, ****@****, He wrote me back right after answering all my questions about new or used product, warranty still, gray market etc... Always prompt to reply my emails. He says they don't accept C.O.D. and they force me to buy through the web site. Ok, I used my American Express. The receipt doesn't have a tracking no. I waited few days and no news. So I wrote him again and he said my card seem to be stolen. BS! Maybe a Visa would be better? I read in some forums about scam sellers that Amex is a problem for those people. Maybe this is the reason he cancelled my order? I wrote him back and he never reply. I decided to buy through BHPHOTOVIDEO that has a very high rated, $200 more but piece of mind. Don't waist time with Direct2Uelectronics."
