"Terrible quality
Terrible quality, dress came with runs in the fabric and a barely attached zipper. I paid extra for a custom size, measured by my seamstress aunt according to their sizing inforgraphic. The dress came at least a size too big. They "graciously" offered me a 40% refund so I can get it altered (which is nearly impossible as the back is made from cheap lace). Ive already bought a new dress and I think it is ridiculous they wont issue refunds for terrible quality that they screwed up. Will be filing a fraud claim with my bank. I also got my new dress at a bridal shop, a Vera **** on clearance for only 100 dollars more than what I paid for the steaming pile of garbage they try and pass off as a wedding dress. Save your money and go to a bridal shop.

"Avoid at all costs .. customer service is not their fine point! When I initially ordered my bridesmaids dresses they were received although a long lead time the junior bridesmaid were acceptable. On receipt of the adult dress the beading and belt were completely different to the picture. I complained and they came back offering a 40% refund, this I thought was acceptable and therefore used the refund to get the belt changed, no drama.
Disaster struck when one of my junior bridesmaids tried on the dress 4 weeks from the wedding and she had had a growth spurt! Luckily there was enough time to order another ... the new dress arrives 2 weeks from the wedding... opening the package the skirt looks the same but the top and lace were completely different in colour and style to the 4 I had already brought! I complained to JJ's house and got a generic reply saying I can order again but would have to pay for it or return but they would not refund me all my money it would be the cost minus the £16 shipping … The only way I can rectify this is to have the original dresses resized costing me another £50 plus the cost of shipping the other dress back to them to not yet have a confirmed refund. Some would say you get what you paid for however these are not cheap dresses! I would not recommend using this company to anyone !
