"Overall terrible experience. I decided to order from them based on other reviews and their prices, but my goods never arrived. Their customer service representatives took days to return messages and were rude and condescending. JJ Games refused to refund the purchase or send out the product again, so I had to voice a complaint through my credit card company. I frequently shop online and this is the worst experience I have ever had."

I purchased a couple of used games and a used controller, the games were in good condition as described but the controller was in poor condition. I emailed the store and they offered full refund but we settled on a partial refund and I kept the controller.
That's great, personal customer service. I recommend this store 100% and will certainly look there again in the future. For used games their prices are comparable to even the lowest cost eBay auctions, especially when the free shipping kicks in."
