Wheels order

"I ordered a set of wheels from jegs and they told me it should take 2 weeks max for the delivery, each time the estimated shipping date comes they give me another estimated shipping date 2 weeks more. I placed this order on the 29th of January, they changed the stories they tell me every time they give me a new estimated shipping date which they did 5 times. I still didn’t receive my order and the last estimated shipping date they gave me is on the 30th of march. The customer service is poor too they never gave me accurate information on my order. This is the worst place I ordered something from till now, never will again."

Pathetic service!!!! (Not Happy)

"5 years ago I restored 78 f-100 and ordered a ton of products through jegs; around $4000.00 worth of products . Service was great then, about a month ago my chrome alternator went out. I still had the part number wrote down, so I went onto jegs site, found the replacement and ordered it. Well, when you need a part like an alternator “for your transportation” you expect to receive at a timely fashion. I placed the order around the first of the month. They took the payment and it was off my credit card the following day. After placing the order they said it would ship the following day. I figured it would take 3-4 business days. I ordered it on a Wednesday. I was expecting to see it the following Monday... Monday rolled around, then Tuesday.. nothing! Wednesday morning came around and still nothing. Friday came around..... I was getting **** off, so I decided to call jegs. customer service tells me, “we will check”, the lady tells me it will be shipped out until next Friday. She tells me we’re acroos the country and it takes a while to get things shipped to Oregon. I was like WTF? Is coming by pony express??? So here we are over 14 days and the part hasn’t even been shipped out! Folks my dad lives in Alaska..... we ship stuff back and forth all the time, 3 days with standard mail! Jegs is full of crap, I will “NEVER” use these guys agin..... absolutely pathetic!!! Worst experience ever! Oh yea the part came in yesterday! Only took close to a month to receive considering today is the 22nd of February!! Absolutely done with these A-holes!"

Bait and switch

"I went online to Jegs website and saw a Holley EFI kit. The kit I found had everything needed to install the EFI system including the distributor and fuel system. The kit was $1500 and some change. I checked it out several times because that was the only kit I had found with all of the components in one kit and the price was awesome. I read through the description several times to make sure it was right. I ordered the kit and ordered a classic air systems through them as well. Spent about $3500 with them. When I received the EFI kit the fuel pump and accessories were not included. I went back online to try and find the kit I ordered and it was nowhere to be found. My invoice had a different part number for the EFI which didn't include the fuel kit. But everything else was there including the distributor and wires. Called and emailed customer service. They denied having the kit that I ordered and told me I ordered the wrong kit and would need to buy the the fuel kit for 398 bucks. They told me unless I had a screen shot of the kit I bought they couldn't do anything for me. Sounds to me like someone screwed up and put the wrong price on the kit and I ended up getting the shaft over it. Jegs will not see another dollar from me . "

Horrible Experience-Avoid doing business with these people.

"I ordered 4 (four) Steel Wheels (Black rock Steels Wheels: http://www.jegs.com/i/Black-Rock/262/997688142/10002/-1)...Type 8 Series 997 Wheel Size: 16" x 8" Type 8 Series 997 Wheel, Size: 16'' x 8'', Bolt Circle: 8 x 170mm, Rear Spacing: 4-1/4'', Offset: -6mm back in Dec 2017
The manufacturer CARLSTAR GROUP, shipped me only one wheel on 12/8/2017. Its been 45+ days of waiting, and still not received my complete order. Every time i call them I get a different story from their customer service reps ( Manufacturer is out of stock, Or a wrong order number was sent, We have no idea what happened to your order, We will try to find out)...With every day my Truck sitting on the lot waiting for these wheels, I lost business. Today i finally called them to cancel this order. These people have the same item listed on Ebay ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Rock-997688142-Type-8-Series-997-Wheel-Size-16-x-8-/310407426868) , and I cant understand why they cant ship me my remaining order. Looking at the negative feedback in seller ratings they have received lately, looks like these are not good people to do business with. Highly recommend to avoid them.

The Rip offs!

"I bought 2 Flow master tips from Jegs. Never received and no refunds even with receipt. Stay away. Ripped me off bad!!! To bad there is no negative star!!! Man,you got a ton of negative reviews!!! I should of checked you crooks out. What a crap hole!!! I'll be in touch with all my friends and family to let em know!!! This place is going down!!!"

1 star because no option for zero stars

"I ordered a 12 ton press when I received it the box was completely turn up and dry rotted half the parts were missing and when I called kegs they caught a attitude and tried to talk to me like I was a child. They tried blaming the box being destroyed on Fed ex but the fact is that the box was completely dry rotted like it was cardboard that had been soaking wet and then dried in the sun the drug over a gravel road also all the paint was completely scraped off there was over 30 percent of the paint missing after a lengthy argume t they finally agreed to do a return. Well after I sent it back over 3 weeks ago I still have not received a refund even though kegs sent my a email saying they refunded me so I called up again and got someone on the phone who was even more rude then the first time I called which is hard to believe she basically said u got a refund it ain't or fault your bank takes 3 weeks to allow your refund and hung up well I don't know of a y bank that takes three weeks to process a refund longest my bank ever took was 3 days. Then after the phone call the next morning I got a refund in my bank but guess what it was for only 50 percent of my complete refund I sent another email trying to see where the rest is and what's going on. But there's nothing better than giving a company a large sum of money for no product and to just guess when u may get the money back. All I can say is I would not ever deal with this company again. Worst experience ever"

Unprofessional

"If I could give Jegs 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on September 28th for a **** seat that was back ordered...totally okay with the longer lead time. I was told the seat would ship on October 20th, then October 23rd, then October 27th - I was so frustrated with the push back that I decided to give Jegs a call and no one could tell me what was going on. I understand vendors change the lead time from time to time, but 3-4 times? C'mon. It was a very expensive seat to be toying around with money. After many emails and phone calls I was told that the seat would finally ship on November 1st. Never again will I be ordering from Jegs in the future. "

First off 100% satifaction guarantee is the biggest joke

"Called order a replacement part that has their own name on it was told to that instead of a refund I have to take a gift certificate instead of my money.
They sent me a replacement part but I had to pay for it, again and this **** doesn't work either. So my advice to anyone ordering parts from this worthless company had best read all reviews before ordering. If I could go lower than 1star , - 5 supervisors are inconsiderate, operator's don't listen, then send packages​to the wrong address, and don't care if you get the package or not, send most parts by USPS and I get it box is crushed. Part is useless and be damned if I am going thru the stress they put you through, I have cancer and don't need it . So go to summit go to speedway you will have a better chance of getting what you need and they will respect you. And yes I have spent thousands with them but this company will never get a penny out of me. After Jegs get their money it's you are **** out of luck. Buyer beware

Fitment guides cannot be trusted

"Ordered a flywheel from these guys and doesnt fit the car even though their fitment guide says it will fit (Stock car thank you very much). So like any normal person i call and ask what they can do about it, i get this customer representative that is just not happy with the world and just wont work with me at all. They refuse to pay me back for return shipping even though it was their own fault the part didnt fit. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a car parts company. Talk about not valuing their own customers."

"Ordered a JEG's brand catback for a 2002 V6 Mustang. Fast shipping and so far a great cat back system. I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was. The price for the cat back was a low price too. "

Customer service not good

"I purchased a K&N Air Intake Filter system from them cause there website said it had a rebate. After installing on my truck I emailed them and ask for the rebate. I find out it had expired so there solution was take it off my truck and return. Who going to send 90 minutes installing and another 90 minutes removing."

We love Jegs and they Support Military Hotrodders

"We buy from jegs when ever possible. They give a military discount and usually ship the same day. We live rather close and usually get parts in 1-3 days. The folks on the phone are always helpful and friendly. Returns are simple and money refunded quickly when it happens.

Terrible customer service

"I had previously purchased an 8qt oil pan and it was rubbing against the crankshaft. I took the part back to Jegs in Columbus, on 11th Ave. and spoke with Aaron (a terrible sales associate) and he told me that I "should've known sooner that the crank was hitting." He also proceeded to tell me that he didn't care about the problem. I asked to speak with the manager and he stated that there was nothing they could do because of the 90 day warranty policy.... I was building a motor over the course of a year. 90 days is ridiculous. And even if they couldn't help me, telling me that I should've known the pan was faulty and that I messed up when installing the crankshaft is rude and unprofessional. I've never had good customer service with Jegs and have always had a great experience with Summit Racing Equipment. I will take my business to Summit Racing Equipment from this day forward. "
