"Ive been waiting for a long time already. It took about 3 weeks for it to move to the next phase: shipping. Service is very low. I emailed them over 20 times, 5 of those times i got a response. And i was also promised a shipping number for my order the next day. Never got one and i am still waiting. I would understand, but a response would be greatly appreciated."
"Computer works great! Note: when you buy something so powerful as the Sager 5680 with 3.2 the little speakers can often have a cracking sound. I recommend you also buy a 5.1 audio so you don't have to use the labtop speakers. Alex is a great business guy to deal with! "

I called their number and was helped immiediately, I spoke with a very helpfull guy I later read was the president of the company. My order was fixed exactly the way I needed it and shipped quickly. I got the impression that this is a very responsible buisnessman with an impressive website and a sweet inventory. "I do a lot of shopping on the Internet and have a periodic fear that I'll have a bad experience in some way. Well, it finally happened. I placed an order with Extreme Alterations and heard nothing for several weeks. Finally, I wrote an email and received a reply that I'd be receiving a tracking number the next day. After waiting a couple more weeks (having heard nothing) I wrote another email. Once again I received a "pacifying" email. Ultimately, I received my order - December 30th - almost 2 months later.
Long story short, I would recommend staying clear of Extreme Alterations. I believe it is a very small firm, with some very "business immature" people having little sense of customer service."

"I ordered on nov 25 and its dec 9th and no sign of what i ordered. Emailed them and no reply. Called them and no answer. Even if its normal business hours when you call, no one will answer and the msg says "please call during normal business hours" Its been 12 days and no package, no tracking number. The amount was deducted from my account on dec 2nd(7 days ago). Worst online shopping experience ever!"
