" I purchased a pre-owned MacBook Pro 14" Silver 2021. A little over a year after I bought it the screen died randomly. I took the MacbookPro to Apple Genius Bar for an assessment. Their technicians found no software issues, no cosmetic damage and concluded the only possibility remaining was a hardware issue. Their expert opinion was that there was an error in the refurbishment process. I reached out to ItsWorthMore for support and they they refused to take any responsibility or provide any customer support since 1 year had past. A top-line Apple laptop less than 2 years old should not randomly break due to a hardware issue. If purchased directly from Apple they would provide support, however ItsWorthMore does not have the same level of customer service. Very poor business ethics, they seem to only care about their bottom line. Avoid and buy from other, more customer friendly refurbished tech stores. "
