"The shop was completley overwhelmed. The emails were always nice but not helpful. The whole process was very slow. The bag they sent out arrived quickly but the lock did not work. I had to send it back. Not even that they do not organize a return like othe stores, but also the whole process afterwards took endlessly long. They received the bag back on January 14th - until today 31st of January I still wait for may refund. All this is uneccaptable. I would never buy there again. I prefer English and German stores as they work in a very professional way. Sorry to say so."
