For a week they kept asking if I gave them the proper address. I sent an email stating that they should re-order, rush it, and give me some sort of refund/discount ect.. That's how any company here deals with these situations. They wouldn't do a thing and didn't seem to care what I said. Now, it appears we didn't give this gift and have to start over. I'm out the money which they said they would refund (the very least they should do) but I haven't seen it yet.
