"I ordered the 14' clip in extensions. Chocolate brown #2. They said 10 day shipping, it took over a month to get to me. They sent me an email saying they were back ordered & being made by hand. I ordered them Thick. When I finally received them, they were short, a Honey brown & Super thin. It said that if you open the other half of the bag, you cannot return them. The seal was Already broken on both sides of the bag! I sent them an email regarding of if this and got No response. I'm very Dissapointed that I spent ANY money of these things. What A Waste!! "I’m going to start this by saying, I tried to post this review on the Irresistible Me website, but they refused to have this posted which goes to show how SHADY they are!! Do a google search on them and check out the Better Business Bureau for real customer comments.
My experience with this brand and customer service was awful! I ordered a set of the TruBlend in Honey Blonde which was nothing like the picture on the website, it was much darker in real life. The return process took over ONE MONTH which is quite ridiculous considering they received my extensions a week and a half after i shipped them, and customer service wasn't helpful at all in trying to expedite the return. I then came to find they put the hair together as they get orders (which is very bizarre). Eventually when I received the new set (Platinum) the color was a lot lighter than what is pictured so I had my stylist add gloss low lights to get it closer to my hair color. The hair quality is awful! Before the first wash, before glossing it, the tracks were getting very tangled (I even had to put the bottom part of my hair in a little bun so the hairs wouldn't tangle and my hair would break in trying to carefully brush it off). After washing it, the hair got even worse! I am very experienced with extensions and only use the best products and washing techniques to make sure they are well taken care of. I again contacted customer service and told them my dilemma in hopes they can give me advice I didn't yet know of or at minimum replace some tracks since they were all jacked up and broken from the unavoidable tangles. The answer I got was, we're sorry to hear that and we have no control over the hair and there is nothing we can do except give you a 30% discount on your next order from the full cost. First of all WHAT? The hair on a daily is 30% off so that means nothing; and 2nd, why would I ever order from there again after going through this horrid experience? Who knows if the next batch would do the same thing, and I am certainly not sticking around to find out and be robbed again. I never do negative posts, but this company is so shady and so disappointing, I had to put the word out there. "
"I order 24” natural black and I got hair that was full of gray hair and they dye it so they won’t look white instead they look reddish . They are aonrjink at the end that you have to cut it to make it look cute . I sent an email to them telling my issue and they just ignore me .
Stay away from this place ooh and the product isn’t in the us it ship directly from China. "

"I placed my order April 23rd and it’s not May 11. I’ve only recieved an order confirmation and still no shipping information. I’ve emailed, dmed, and even messaged on Facebook and have had no response. There customer service ****. On the website it says package should deliver after 10 business days yet when they finally did email me back they said that’s how long it’ll take to process. Then they told me it’d ship by the end of the week and still nothing. I’ve now emailed them several times just wanting to cancel my order and give me my $200 back and they’ve yet to respond. They don’t give you any other options to cancel an order. You can’t call, you can’t choose an option, you can only email and hope that they’ll email you back!(they don’t). At this point it seems like a huge scam. "
"I have used extensions for a long time and this Royal Remy set is by far the best I have ever bought. The hair is shiny and soft, the wefts are thick, there is no tangled hair, no smell and the shedding is minimal! The color hasn't faded at all, even though I've washed, conditioned, blow-dried and styled it with hot tools (needless to say that I always use heat protectant products :P).
I love it so much and I will be ordering more! "

"This Royal Set was beautiful from the start, more hair than I thought. I've purchased a Silky Touch set in the past and I was in love and decided to go for the premium line as well. They were shedding a little at first use but after the first wash, they stopped. I literally wear them every day. I recently dyed my hair a soft tobacco brown and died my extensions as well and they are still in good condition and super long and super gorgeous!!"
"One of my favorite purchases I have ever made. It made my hair softer and straighter than my normal routine of blow-drying then flat ironing.
