I have very short hair I had to cut it after bleach damage and I hate it but these extensions saved me. I’m planning on wearing them until I get to a more comfortable and manageable length."

"To begin, I originally purchased to wear for Christmas. 12/17. On 12/22 I was notified via email that the extra volume I had purchased would be on delay for at least 15 days. I said that I would wait for them seeing the good reviews but then after 15 days I had no updates on my hair, so I emailed customer service and they told me it was still not ready. Was already irritated that they said they were on their site to find out five days later they did not have them in stock. When asking for an update they told me that they would replace them with 20 inch length and would be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Then 5 business please go by and still no notifications of shipment. On the 11th business day I contacted customer service and asked why they weren’t shipped, and as soon as I mentioned that, I had received a notification that they were shipped. Received them on 1/20. More than a month later. The quality of the hair I received is similar to the Wish app, it says it’s 220 g but, I just don’t feel like they are that thick, and I have very fine hair! They send you numerous pieces instead of the hair accumulated all together in less pieces, so your head is full of metal. Next time I will definitely put the extra money towards Bellami or Cashmere. Not worth the hassle or quality. "
