"I recently worked on a remodel/addition project, of which I needed a sectional centerpiece for. After much searching, I came across Irisfurniture.com, more specifically the Vapiano Italian leather sectional. I decided this was the perfect fit, and am glad I did. This is a lot of sectional for the just over 2k I paid for it, not to mention being Italian leather upholstery. It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was pleased at how polite and professional the delivery team was, as well as cleaning up all the packaging after placing the sectional. I will look to irisfurniture.com again for future projects. "
"I ordered the Barberry Patio Set from Iris Furniture in anticipation for this coming spring, and just received it a few days ago. I noticed it was packaged very well, and the pieces were sturdy, but not too heavy where it was difficult to move it out onto my deck. The rattan material seems very durable, and the cushions are comfortable to sit on. The legs are a little thin for a wood deck, but it was easy enough to put some flat wood pieces down to make sure it doesn't stick in the cracks if it slides around at all. It took about 8 weeks to arrive to my house in San Diego, CA. I would recommend this set to anyone in the market for a patio set."
"Terrible Company!!! They are Thieves!! I bought furniture online on March 16, 2013 and I still have not received my furniture as on September 8, 2014! Despite repeated attempts via email and phone, They will not respond to me. They literally ripped me off! I just want a refund. They are crooks! I have reported them to BBB. I Ordered a patio set, lounge chairs, and bar stools from them over 18 weeks ago, yes...18 WEEKS. I still do not have it. I had gotten a couple emails from the president of the company after about 8 weeks (and after numerous attempts by me to reach him directly) saying that my order was damaged and they were remaking it. Then it was supposedly ready to ship over 2 months ago. I have been emailing and calling every day since, and have not gotten a response from customer service, sales, or the president. I have yet to receive this furniture.
It is just a bogus shell company. You can get the same stuff from other places just as cheap. Don't let them take your money, you probably only have a 50% shot of getting your order, and it will take way longer than they say."
"I ordered my bed frame on 7/14/13 the took my money processed the order and as of today 10/17/13 I don't have my bed. I call or send messages to them everyday and no one responds. This company is a nightmare to deal with. I really believe it is a scam.. I would tell anyone who will listen not to order from them. "

"This company is just a shell website that drop ships from the manufacturer. Customer service is outsourced to a company and they dont even like IRIS as they constantly field calls that from people wondering if their furniture will ever show up. 6 calls thus far, all end the same way of "we will need to have someone call you back" and they never ever do. It seems I will have to report a fraud charge on my credit card and deal with them being a scam. Needless to say, dont do it. Its week 8 and I just want to know if it will ship and when, the customer service just says they never ship on time and people tend to wait 12 weeks or more, if they ever get it. "
"I ordered furniture from IRIS in Feb 2013, they havent delivered it, they keep giving me excuses its July 2013 still waiting. Someone from the customer service dept that they outsource calls to told me its a scam. i believe them since I have asked for a refund for months and just get ignored or they promise it will come by x date and it doesnt - we are just going round and round most likely till i give up .
Any reviews you see that are good are probably from them and fake...dont get caught in this scam because of the prices."
