It lasted about 3 months before it would not even hold a charge.

So I buy on that detail and they send me with no prior notification their competitors inferior 350mAh "Made in China" product.
When I called there sales person she stated they Sell only 400mAh batteries for 2nd Gen Ipod Nanos - I couldn't order a 350mAh battery for it if I wanted to.
What's worse is the shipping invoice "in house" product numbers match the numbers on the product box and the battery itself indicating this was a deliberate send not a justifiable mix-up.
They then expect me to Pay the return shipping and wait indefinitely (with promises) for a product they may never have had,
Or Pay the return shipping and Pay a restocking fee to get a refund (minus shipping) on an item they bait and switched on me.
Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB which assisted in a quick (before they received the returned items) total refund (items + Shipping). I'm still out the the return shipping."
"I checked reseller ratings before ordering - no reviews - I am the first. They had a good price on an Ipod battery, went through the whole ordering procedure, clicked to pay - payment accepted......BACKORDERED!!!! We'll let you know when we we are shipping. No warning, no offer to cancel, just w"we got your money and we don't care when you get the product". Just unconscionable to do your customers like that.
Avoid these people and use milliamp.com. more expensive, but at least the have what they sell. "
