Costumer service ****!

"Worst company out there. They don’t care about your shopping experience and make it all a big waste of time. Don’t bother ordering from the ZAGG website, you won’t get it within at least 30 days and when you talk to there costumer service they’ll just ignore you or talk back. You’re betting off going to Best Buy where they actually care about your time. "

Very Disappointing

"My screen cover cracked at the bottom left corner within 1 month of having it. I didn't even drop it or anything, I just noticed a chip appeared at the bottom left one day and then it slowly turned into a crack that goes from the bottom and curves around to the left side. Really disappointed with the quality and the time that it lasted since it's supposed to be a lifetime warranty. Now I'm getting around to claiming the replacement through the warranty and I have to pay to have them ship me a new one, and pay to ship my old one back to them, which I've heard shatters when you try to remove it. Terrible product! I would attach a picture if it was an option."

TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY!

"Don’t waste your money! I have had my Zagg shield (Samsung Note 8) for 9 months and have already had to replace it twice! First time for being in my handbag, second time don’t really know why, it just cracked. I paid $50 initially, the first replacement they provided free shipping, the second I had to pay so now my investment is up to $62! I have had plastic screen covers in the past that have protected my phones just fine, never needed replacement, and at a fraction of the cost. Zagg has a good thing going for their profits by making a crappy product, charging an exorbitant price for it, and making customers pay for shipping to replace it. Can you say cha-ching cha-ching? I will never buy another Zagg product again!!!!!"

Really bad customer services

"Worst customer service ever, don't care about good services, you sent an enveloppe with nothing inside of it (for replacement of my broken glass) and now I have to pay a new one because you can't do anything for me ? Are you kidding me ? "

Garbage

"I bought two INVISIBLE SHIELD phone covers for my two new S9 cell phones. They both cracked in a couple of days and keep in mind the phones were not dropped or abused what so ever. I ordered a replacement under warranty. I received the replacement and followed the installation instructions thoroughly. I even watched the installation video. Guess what happened? Yup, the screen protector cracked during the installation and keep in mind I was being really careful. I will not be returning this item as I have to pay shipping and take time to drive to the post office. Verizon should not sell this product. "

Charged me for my replacement

"I had a glass shield, which ended up breaking. I returned the broken one upon receipt of the replacement shield. Now I’ve been charged for the replacement because they said they never received my broken one. I mailed back the broken one in May. Will NOT buy from them again. HORRIBLE. "

Excellent customer service and quality product

"I got a Zagg glass plus screen protector for my iphone 7 about a year ago and overall it has held up great! There were bubbles at first but after a day they flattened out. My phone has taken a few fairly bad falls (with a case) but the screen has been completely protected. Just recently (after a year) a hairline crack formed after I dropped my phone, so I ordered a replacement online which was very quick and easy. I didn't mind paying for the shipping because it's a lot cheaper than buying a whole new screen protector. My only complaint here is it took a while for it to ship, about a 5-7 days.

I received the new screen protector in the mail only to find out that it was the invisible shield "original" (regular, flexible screen protector) not the glass plus which I have. It turns out that when I registered the screen protector a year ago I selected the wrong one so it was my fault. I called customer service today and I got a very friendly person on the phone and explained my situation. They were completely hassle free and sent me the correct one with expedited shipping without charging me extra! I was on the phone for a total of five minutes and they made it so easy even though it was completely my fault! Possibly the best customer service I've ever had.

Also the first screen protector came with a dust sticker and a real nice tool for flattening out the bubbles. I could immediately tell that this is a high quality product and its well worth the extra money over other cheap brands.

Samsung & version retailers should stop selling ZAGG covers

"Does not addhear well on the phones S8+ curved edges, collects a lot of dust, debris....and probably germs too. Cost 50 dallars....plus 12 dallars a pop for shipping then they try to say you never returned it and want to charge 50 d allars plus the 12 shipping....take the time to get a tracking recept....dont buy a phone with curved edges....and don't want your money on ZAGG COVERS....SAMSUNG AND RETAILERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR THIS!!!!!!

"Screen protector never stays attached. Customer service ****. They spent three months denying they even made the screen protector I purchased from them. Phone screen cracked even with the screen protector attached. Never again. "

"Purchased a new iPhone 8 two weeks ago from AT&T plus a case and a ZAG IVSGLASSP IPH6 screen protector. The AT&T store rep. installed the screen protector and it did not seal on the edges. He told me it would overnight. The next morning it had not sealed so I took it back and the AT&T store replaced it, but once again it did not seal on the edges. Even after pressing the edges for several minutes. A couple of days later I registered with ZAGG, fully explained the problem I was experiencing and they sent me a replacement. Got replacement, followed installation instructions and got the same bad results, the edges don’t seal. The box I received from ZAGG stated it fits iPhone 6, 6s, 7. ZAGG does not specifically make a glass for the 8 is 8 plus. DO NOT BUY. You will waste $40 US. Overpriced for a product made in China!!!"

Cheep product that will crack easily

"I was sold the shield at a Verizon store for my new S8+ and after the first day it cracked for no reason. The company honored their replacement policy and sent me another one. With in one week the 2nd one cracked in the same spot right by the right button. I had my old phone for 3 years and never had any issues with cracks. I called Verizon and they sent me another shield from another company and I have not had an issue since. Zagg charged my card with a full retail price of $53.74 because I did not send the old one back because it crumbled in my hand and I threw it away before I knew I had to send it back. Bottom line is the product is horrible and does not hold up to even day to day use."

Utterly **** useless product

"If I want smudges and dirt and dust stuck to my screen, I'll slide it around face down on my dog's bed. Why would I pay Zagg $40 so their product can trap all that under their "best selling screen protector"?! Time for a redesign of your application process Zagg!!! "

Poor quality for Invisible Shield screen protector

"I purchased a Samsung S7 one month ago, the store installed the screen protector. With in 4 days I saw the first crack, within a month I now have one area chipped away and 4 other areas with cracks in the shield. I used a Verizon brand screen protector on my last phone and it lasted 2 years without an issue. My 2 teenage daughters are always throwing their phone around and they have never cracked. This product is junk, there is no way just keeping it in my purse there would be this many issues. I will never by a Zagg product again and I would never recommend it. They won't even refund my money, only replace it. Giving them one more chance to make it right."
