"I ordered a two pair set of inverter cables from “Inverters R us” part # VEC085d. There pricing was competitive and I used PayPal to make the purchase. I received the cable set in about a week which was fine. I soon found that the cables I had ordered would not work for me and at that time I emailed the company to find out how to go about returning the cable set. I waited a week with no response from “Inverters R us”. I sent the cable set back with a note requesting a refund and waited more than a week and received no response. I have sent numerous emails with out any response from this company. My advice to all when dealing with “Inverters R us” is don’t."
