"I purchased a AMD 1800+ cpu from these guys at the store in Clearwater on US 19. I had been having a few problems with my system dieing randomly so I removed my fan to see an icky gooey mess around the cpu. It looked to me like the glue was coming away from the core, but as it turned out that was not the problem, the problem was that someone at Intol had put thermal grease on my cpu when they tested it!!!! At the store they positively refused to admit that one of their incompetent idiots had done this (it was causing a heat build up issue, any half competent tech knows you do don't use anything but a compound such as artic silver on a Athlon Thunderbird or P3/P4 cpu, the thermal grease breaks down just as it did on my cpu). They also tried to give me a bunch of crap about my expensive and well regarded board mounted Swiftech M462 heatsink fan, practically threatening that they would not honor my warranty because I chose not to use a stock fan and then trying to give me crap about crushed cores etc. I personally think these guys are a bunch of jerks, their prices are good but god forbid you have to take anything back and even more you'd better hope you aren't a woman. If you are you'll probably get the old "what do you know, you're just a stupid women" stuff from a bunch of arrogant male jerks who think they know everything about computers. They even had the gall to tell me that all those review sites on the internet and in magazines etc. are about nothing but getting paid to write good reviews and none of them can be trusted. If I can avoid it, it will be the last time I ever spend another dime with these people. They are more than willing to take your money but when there's a problem they do everything they can to avoid giving you any service and will never admit they have an internal problem with a tech."
