"Not everything went well, but for now things are OK. The only problems I had were with customer support and shipping. First, their customer support is terrible. E-Mails are seldom answered (I sent about 4 - 5 E-Mails, only one was answered: 5 DAYS after sending it). Telephone Sales representatives are helpful, haven't tried tech support yet. Shipping was another problem. When I placed my order, the sales rep told me it would be sent via United States Postal Service, which was a relief because UPS and Fed-Ex charge 6.6% of the product price because of International Customs. When I recieved my shipping confirmation, I was mad that they sent it through UPS. Looks like the sales rep don't know that UPS stands for United Parcel Service... Shipping was pricey ($90 to Puerto Rico) and the extra charge for Customs ($77 extra) were too much for me. Besides those problems, I can't deny that eveything else went smooth. Prices were great, shipping was quick, and the sales reps were nice. But beware, looks like this company has more negative reviews than positive, although it went good with me."

"Let's see, where to begin...okay this company pretty much has no idea how to operate a business. They have horrible tech support. First you call, and are put on hold for at least 40min each time. Finally someone will help you, but you have to have your customer number ready, they obviously dont have your name in a computer. If you dont have your customer number with you they have to call you back in another hour!! I bought a desktop a few months ago, the hard drive failed within about a month, luckily I had a spare one with me. Several months later my computer died again. I called, and explained my situation about how this has happened before and what they could do. He said just to send back the whole computer. I then just telling him how my computer was very unstable and how poorly it performed. So, being curious I asked about their refund policy, just to see what it was. He got all furious with me claiming that it was my fault the computer was dying and that I should of sent the whole computer back when the hard drive died the first time. He said I was "insulthing their company" even for asking for a refund. Yeah buddy, you might want to learn some manners before you talk to customers ever again. Rule #1, the customer is ALWAYS right! Watch out folks, these guys haven't a clue..."

" I've bought good PC from them. In 5-6 month it died.
I've got rough history off calling and talking with technician.
Finally, I sent it back (my expense - $57)
In week or two I've get it back.
I even did not boot up - it is died again!!!
Send again (now for $27, but from my pocket)
In 2-3 week get it back, but damaged in transportation.
Again sent it back
Finally, I've got a PC that works 6-7 month more. Now it is dead, again same way as twise before.
But now it is over 1 year warranty. They changed motherboard, CPU, Power Supply, but did not re-set warranty on new parts.
Motherboard that ishop installed are banded in memory slots.
My resume - they use cheap units and sail it as good product. They not good in customer support.
I hate that moment when I decided to bye anything from internetishop.

"Ordered a wireless keyboard on 12/9 nice price and shipping was reasonable. I got an order emailed conformation right away. I did not receive a ship conformation, but when I emailed them they emailed the info back very quickly. Turns out it shipped the day I ordered it. It arrived when promised well packed and in perfect shape."

"Purchased a complete system from this company (no monitor). When it arrived and I turned it on I had problems and they crashed it for me. Had to start over with installing everything. Some of the disc with drivers on it were not shipped with system. Asked them how they could check everything out without loading drivers and they said that they check everything out before shipping. I had a CD ROM go bad 11 months later and they had me send mine back (my expense) and than they sent me a new one. When I installed it, it crashed my system. I called their Tech Support and talked to 3 different people to no avail. Each one said to fdisk and format and start over. I tried this 3 times and finally took it to a shop that charged me $70.00 to fix the problem. They are terrible about responding to your e-mail. I have sent the same e-mail 8 or 9 times before they would finally respond. If you get nasty with them in your e-mail this helps as I found out. I contacted the BBB and they must be friends with them because they told me that the problem that I had with them was out of their hands. One good thing about them is when the send you something they give you a Tracking number. "

"I recently bought a case from them on ebay. They overcharge on shipping. It's $60 US to ship to Canada (this only includes the cost to the border). Domestic shipping costs $30 yet in both cases the shipping range is within the US only. So where does this extra $30 get tacked on when Canadian's put in an order? They told me it is not just shipping but also the packaging(handling) costs (duh!). Well yes that's true but that doesn't explain why Canadians are automatically charged $30 more considering I had to pay all the shipping, tariff and brokerage fees once the package reached the border. Beware because I bet InternetIshop is unlawfully profiting from shipping and handling charges which are abnormally high compared to other places I've been looking at. "

"Purchased Lite-on DVD-ROM from internetishop.com through an auction on eBay.

They sent an inferior DVD-ROM, which I couldn't use for my purposes. If the auction had advertised the drive they sent me, I would not have purchased the drive even at half the price. (I found out later they had run out of stock on the unit I ordered, though they listed 28 of them in the auction, so they decided to substitute another drive without asking me first.)

So I figured, that's not the way to do business, but it's all in how they handle the problem.

I was in for a real surprise there. They said I could return the drive and they would refund the drive price but not the $15 shipping fee (a grossly inflated fee in the first place for ground shipping in-state) or state tax. So I would be out $17 because they deliberately sent the wrong drive, an inferior product.

I called and e-mailed over the course of several days, speaking to several people, some of which sympathized with me, but all of them said they wouldn't refund the full price.

The policy they have taken, at the very least, violates eBay rules and good business principles. You should get what you order, and if the seller makes a mistake (intentionally or otherwise) they should make it right.

I strongly urge you not to buy from this merchant. They are also known as hugebee.com.

"I've ordered a Mobo/CPU Combo & a complete system on 2 dif. occassions. The mobo worked fine for about a mo. & then died. Seemed like a faulty cpu, wouldn't boot. I called them & got customer serv. They said a tech. would call me back. Less than 2 hrs. later they did! Told them the problem and they said to ship it back and they would replace it. They got it on Tues. a.m. & shipped my replacement out that afternoon. I had enclosed a $16 check to ship overnight and I got it Wed. afternoon. Now that's GREAT customer service!
The complete system that I ordered is working great, no problems.

"Purchased a barebones system off ebay from them. It didn't work, I called tech support, was put on hold for 45 minutes. They told me to ship back only the board because they were sure that was the only problem. I shipped it back at my expensive, was forced to wait 12 days before they sent the new motherboard. I installed it and the system still didn't work. So I am forced to pay to ship back other parts to them and wait even longer.

Even though this company has great prices they are not worth it. It's too much of a hassle. I will buy from more reputable companies in the future.

"Ordered a TV Tuner in Ebay for $39. The shipping cost was too high. They can only ship UPS Ground for $12!!! I received it after 8 days. The package was the original box of the TV-Tuner.
They were also slow on replying my e-mail (usally after 2-3 days).
The card itself works very good and I would still order from InternetIShop again if the price is low.

"These guys have the best prices on NEW equipment I have ever seen. My only complaint is they don't send an email when they ship your stuff. I sure if you contact them you can get a tracking #. Also, I didn't see anything in the order process that they require a signature upon delivery, so UPS tryed to deliver when I was at work. Which I could have been home if I knew it was comming that day, but I didnt have a tracking # to track the package. But thier prices make up for this definatly."

"Very good priced AMD 1800+ system, even after adding shipping and WinXP. Called customer service to customize the system and talked to one very helpful salesperson.
System shipped with a failing hard drive. They allowed me to return just the drive (instead of the entire computer). Return process was a bit slow, but once it arrived, everything is now in great working order. In the end, I got a top-of-the-line system for $100-200 less than any place else.
