"Horrible customer service. The chairs I ordered were backordered for 6 weeks. They wouldn't let me cancel the order without a 50% fee. Their answer was, you can return them once they arrive. Now the chairs are delayed another 4 weeks and they still won't let me cancel without a 50% fee. They would rather pay to ship them to me and pay for me to ship back? Crazy."

There are plenty of reputable online stores with great furniture who actually care about their client's experience, save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
The website banner says "30-day free returns", sounds great doesn't it. I cancelled an order before it had even been packaged for shipping and they charged me a $100 cancellation fee!
I ordered 1 lamp & they admitted the item hadn't been packaged or made ready for shipping after 5 days but they charged the fee "to cover the loss of time and materials for our factory" which hadn't yet done any work to prepare the order."

They clearly take great care in packing the chair and the ottoman: as a result both arrived in perfect condition. As for the furniture itself, it's incredible - naturally the design is amazing, but so too the quality of the materials used here and the standard of workmanship. The chair and the ottoman are both beautiful and comfortable - the perfect combination of form and function. This "Eames Ensemble" is the first piece of furniture in our new flat and I doubt whether anything else that we buy to use here will be as lovely (nor such good value for money).
In summary - the service that we received was quite unbeatable, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future."
