"I bought a controller and it came fast and in perfect condition.
I had bought a controller from another company and it came broken and would not work. At first they tried blaming an employee, who they say they had to fire, than they claimed I had waited beyond the 14 day return policy, until I showed them that I had contacted them the very next day after receiving it, than they tried to blame me for the breakage, saying I had broken it, again, I showed them the next day contact. Working with them was a nightmare. IntensaFireStore sells a much better product and has better customer service, I'll never go anywhere else again."

"I admit that I don't like ordering anything online and very rarely do. I called around for about an hour and waited a week before finally ordering. I was more than pleasantly surprised. My order shipped the very next day and by the time I checked the tracking online, it was already in my mailbox.

i went out and immediately purchased a new official controller only to discover that the newest controllers are not compatible with this device. If the serial number ends in A2, then it will not work. I then opened up one of my other controllers (ending in A1) and the whole installation process took less than five minutes. Keep this in mind before ordering. Other than that, which they can not control, I am well pleased and the product works as advertised. I recommend it.

"Initial purchase of product was simple and easy, but delivery was delayed during the christmas holiday and we did not receive the controller until late January (not great when it was supposed to have been delivered by Dec. 23rd).

The controller delivered did not function and the returning the controller was a major pain, along with the length of time it took IntensaFireStore.com to examine, test and determine that my controller was "bad". Again, I had to make multiple calls to get the repaired controller returned to me. We finally have a working controller, which was delivered in April! "

"Had no problems what so ever as far as ordering and receiving the mod. But there is only like two modes that work good which is mode 10 and drop shot. Constantly needs to have factory reset done for it to work good on those 2 mods. I have ordered another just for the two mods but will not purchase no more unless they lower the price to like $10 to $15. just is not worth the money. It also kills your battery fast."
