"This company has been very, very slow in shipping dvd's to me.The customer service folks are sorta rude in there e-mail replies and uncaring. The queue system they have only works in there favor.I think they try to curb your movie rentals by slowing up shipping time.Bottom line they don't live up to there promises.Stick with Blockbuster or Netflix for your dvd's.These folks don't care about the customer, the one who puts the $$$ in there paycheck....No phone number & shoddy e-mail contact. This is a shady company.Buyer Beware!"
"Since this isn't the proper forum to submit opinions, I'll stick with the facts. You can view many more reviews of this company under their old name (DVD Barn.) They have a wide selection of any movie that warranted a theatrical release. You won't find many obscure B movies or straight to video selections though. It usually takes about 6 business days for me to receive a DVD and then another 6 days for them to receive the DVD back. It may be faster if you live in a big city. They used to have a feature called "Coming Back" in which you could utilize the pull down menus to tell them you sent a movie back that would trigger shipment of the next movie in your queue. They've reduced that feature to one concurrent use. After that, you can't use that feature again until they receive your movie. There have been two occasions in the last 30 days in which they claimed to have shipped a DVD to me that never arrived. After these movies hog up a slot in your "current movies out" section for about 2 weeks, they drop it down to your "problem items" section. According to their terms, they can charge you $25 for these problem items solely at their discretion. While they have yet to do that to me, it's something you should be aware of. In other words, they have the ability to claim they sent you movies and then charge you for them. This is also true for movies you send back to them that they claim they didn't receive. Customer service is limited to email only with no telephone numbers listed. Half of the replies I've received have been canned responses that were obviously cut and pasted. If you pay for a year in advance, the service only costs $8.25 a month, but the lack of telephone support and slow turnaround might turn you off. "
