I called Inspired Silver to ask about a refund, I was told to put the items in a padded envelope and they gave me a return address. Nothing was said about"tracking numbers". I waited 2weeks and did not receive a refund. Called the company and was told they have no record of the refund and they need the "tracking numbers". In her info about a refund nothing was said about tracking numbers. At our post office you can weigh your package pay the amount the machine requests and drop your item in the slot. LONG STORY SHORT I AM OUT $30.00 BECAUSE I HAVE NO TRACKING NUMBERS. Unfair policy and terrible company to do business with."

"I ordered an item as a Christmas gift. two weeks after it was ordered it stil hadn't been shipped so I requested it be canceled. no response. I contacted them through facebook page to cancel my order.They blocked me from commenting. created dispute with paypal. They shipped the item anyway and since they shipped it, paypal didn't even care that I'd canceled the order and closed my dispute as well. so 3 weeks after Christmas I have a completely useless gift and no way to get my money back. oh and the item I ordered looks nothing like what I got."

"Inspired silver is absolutely awful. I placed s Christmas order weeks ago. The order status says shipped. It took hours to get a customer service representative on the phone. I received the same status on two calls. Your order is in our shipping department waiting for the postmaster to pick up and it will arrive . I explained to the Rep I heard the same story before. She assured me my order will go out next. I’m bummed to report the same status this morning. Still stuck in shipping. I think this company is a scam. Do not use this company."
"For the price/quality is subpar. Purchased 2-3 day shipping and got it in 8 days. When asked to be refunded the money I spent on shipping was told no because once the postal service got the package it took 3 days. Why did it take 5 days to get to the post office? "I purchased a bracelet in Feb. 2018 and the picture inside the heart on the bracelet is peeling off AND the silver coating on the bracelet is coming off. Today I contacted Customer Service AND a Supervisor who said "Sorry", there's nothing they can do for me as they only have a 60 day warranty. I only wore this bracelet appx. 6 times. Terrible! I have costume jewelry and they look beautiful. All Inspired Silver wants to do is take your money and do nothing in return. Don't waste your time and especially your money. "
"I placed an order on 8/18/18, received an email on 8/20/18 saying my item shipped. Here it is 9/2/18 and still no tracking info because it’s never actually been shipped! This was an in-stock item, shipping said 7 business days. I called customer service a few days ago and was told 14 business days, which is NOT what is stated on the website! I’ll be reporting them to the BBB, I suggest others do the same, then maybe they’ll give a damn about their customers. Scam site, but sure took my money in a hurry! NEVER AGAIN"
