"I encountered Innstant Travel in a round about way. A third party reservation booking company had contacted me by phone and sort of fleeced me into an over inflated reservation, and they charged us upfront. After tracing the reservation backward I came to find out that the 3rd party company went through Innstant Travel to book the reservations. I wanted to cancel the reservations and receive a refund, the 3rd party company was un-willing to work with us and refund our money. When I got in contact with Innstant in hopes that they could help me get our money back I was amazed. I worked with Bev and she was amazing, she helped us work with an inflexible and not very helpful vendor to receive a full refund. She was professional, compassionate, and went to bat for me and my small company. Even though I didn't meet the folks at Innstant by using their services, I would still recommend them because they care about their customers and are dedicated to a level of service and quality that is hard to come by these days where everyone is looking to rip people off. You can be confident that when using Innstant Travel your will be treated with respect and get what you expect from them."
