The quality is good, but there’s a whole lot of hardened adhesive on the back of the signet, where the two different metals were attached together. It doesn’t effect the wearability if the ring and isn’t visible when worn, but looked a little cheap. Since it was a gift, the little things like that matter. "Purchased my item and the tracking didn't work. It took 12 hours from when I contacted them to get a response and 24 hours after that for them to get an answer.

Their answer was technical difficulties. Their response was essentially that I should have been 100 percent aware of their website, where as other retailers give a projected delivery at time of purchase this one you need to read their entire profile to know their ins and outs. Their customer reviews hint of fraud as every review including 5 star ones had damaged or incorrectly sized product.

When going into a typical purchase the shipping and purchase page shows no indication of shipping estimation whatsoever, you have to have read their whole description.

The only credit to this business is they clearly state all their flaws on their site...just at the bottom in small print and don't give any indication at the time of purchase.

I've purchase from China and had the shipping estimate on the shipping page before.

Once they have your money you are in for a long haul and of course if or more likely when the product shows up broken or the wrong size you have to ship it back another 35 days before getting a refund.

They need to remodel their site and put those details in bold or at the top and have a shipping estimate at the shipping page. "
