"My shopping experience started out great, with an online consultant who was very helpful in guiding me to a good skate for my daughter. So I went to the site and bought the recommended pair. The website said it was on backyards until 12/4 but I could get it before Christmas so I went ahead and ordered. Then I got a call saying the delay was 12/15, but when I pointed out what the website had said he appeared confused and agreed with the 12/4 date. I got an email the next day restating the 12/15 date. When I called to inquire, a not very pleasant representative said that now the skates wouldn't be shipped until after Christmas.
