No credit given. ps the invoice number not found used the UPS tracking number of shipment to my office. "
"its customer service is really bad. I bought two film rolls from them. One of them is rolled in wrong direction. So I tried to contact them to exchange a new one for me. But I can't reach by any ways. Email, phone call, or fax. Until almost one months, after I fax a letter to them, showing them that I may take legal action for this deal. Finally, one week later, they email me back and said that they're sending a new one to me. Then no more information!!! And the promising item never reach my home.
This is a really horrible shopping experience for me. I never experienced such kind of customer service. Although my case is just one extreme one, I would not recommend other people doing bussiness with them.
At least, their customer service is really bad. No way to reach them(unless they want to reach you!). That's unacceptable."
