"first order in 2003 great. second order in 2004 one of the "re-rufurbished" ink toner for my HP 2100/2200 did not work. The magnetic release they use after refilling cartridge would not release. No credit given. ps the invoice number not found used the UPS tracking number of shipment to my office. "

"its customer service is really bad. I bought two film rolls from them. One of them is rolled in wrong direction. So I tried to contact them to exchange a new one for me. But I can't reach by any ways. Email, phone call, or fax. Until almost one months, after I fax a letter to them, showing them that I may take legal action for this deal. Finally, one week later, they email me back and said that they're sending a new one to me. Then no more information!!! And the promising item never reach my home.

This is a really horrible shopping experience for me. I never experienced such kind of customer service. Although my case is just one extreme one, I would not recommend other people doing bussiness with them.

At least, their customer service is really bad. No way to reach them(unless they want to reach you!). That's unacceptable.
