"Ordered 20 cartridges for 2 printers, 12 for an MG8220, and 8 for an MG7120, numbers are close. What arrived were 20 cartridges for the MG8220 printer. Tried contacting customer support repeatedly, left VM, could never reach anyone. Finally picked 'sales' on the phone menu, and within minutes my order was found, discrepancies noted, and the correct items shipped immediately, and arrived within 2 days, no hassles.
Excellent resolution of issue.
