"Bought black and color inkjet cartridges for HP all-in-one. Black is OK, but color cartridges are missing colors. One has no Cyan, the other has no Cyan or Yellow. So, if you like Magenta, you will be fine. The prices are good though."

"Poor quality laser toner replacement. I ordered a Q6511X equivalent for my HP laser printer. A thousand or so pages in, it started to become dimmer across a 1-2 inch band. I could restore it to good again by shaking the cartridge but it would only work again for 200 pages or so. This has happened repeatedly. I finally got sick of it and contacted customer service. However, since it's been 54 weeks and they strictly cut off warranty coverage at one year they refuse to do anything about it. I would avoid these turkeys."

"I ordered a DR400 drum for our Brother fax macine along toner.
The drum proved to be defective in our machine and also in the local authorized Brother dealer. inkjet would not replace because it was
an OEM Brother which they will not replace. Read the disclaimer on page two of their website.
Beside this they shipped the wrong toner saying I ordered the wrong
part number and could not return because I opened the toner carton.
I certainly will not order from this company again.

"Blue cartridge leaked onto my carpet as soon as it was opened. 2 of 4 cartidges won't 'lock' into printer. Customer service put me on hold for LONG time and then sends me to voicemail. NEVER again will I send them my money!"

""InkJetSuperStore" "IJSS", and "TonerZone" are all the same store. Reviews are generally negative. I placed an order with TonerZone (www.tonerzone.com), which is when I found out it was InkJetSuperStore, and subsequently saw the negative reviews. I will post a review when the cartridges arrive. I have submitted ToneZone for RR for addition. I hope the cartridges for my HP 895Cxi (#45,23) work!"

"The second order I placed was to replace a cartridge that was bad. The electronic chip that the printer reads was unreadable or something because the replacement works fine. Just plugged in a new black a couple days ago and with virtually no printing it's saying it is low and no black shows on the page. The low prices suckered me in but buyer beware; in my experience 40% of their products go bad. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else, it seems like these guys go dumpster diving for their refills, don't actually refill them, and then charge you plus shipping. Customer support refused to help because I was just outside their warranty period. I guess they want you to open every refill, take off the security tape, plug it in, print a test page, then take it back out and store it for future ink changes. Ridiculous."

"First time buyer from this company. Purchased some expensive OEM Brother printer cartridges. We did not install the last one until it failed yesterday. Within one day had low toner error. Weighed cartridge and it is basically empty. Contacted vendor who said to contact Brother, who of course would not help, as they did not sell the item. AVOID INKJETSUPERSTORE.COM at all cost!!!"

"After shopping here for over a year, I have had a very unsatisfactory contact with customer service. When I received this order it included some inkjet cartridges for an Epson printer and the model wasn't on the box. I contacted "live help" and kept being told that I received the right cartridges. At no time, did the customer service rep discuss the possibility that my model might just have been left off the box label. Instead I was just told that the error was mine. I had ordered the wrong cartridges. Two weeks later after returning the wrong cartridges, I contacted "live help" and finally discovered that they may have been the right cartridges with the wrong label.

When I went to the supervisor "Dan" I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.

Their customer service department seems to be more interested in arguing with a customer than in trying to resolve the problem.

I won't return.

"I ordered 1 Brother DR350 Compatible Laser Toner Drum Unit and received a unit that left an impression on every page it printed, unusable. They sent me a return label and acknowledged receiving the unit back June 21, 2007. They didn't credit my CC with the return, then denied receiving it. I had to file a dispute with the bank and send a copy of the receipt slip with their signature on it. Finally got credit in October? Was going to let it go, then on my January 2008 CC statement I got another charge from Inkjetsuperstore. I have not made another purchase with this business and do not intend to and have filed another dispute with my CC company.
They have told me that they have a problem with their bookkeeping, or is it criminal?

"I placed an order almost 2-weeks ago for 2 sets of five re manufactured ink cartridges for a Canon Pixma MP530. I kept on getting e-mails from them saying that they were in the process of completing my order. Finally, the last e-mail canceled the entire order claiming that they didn't have the products after all. This company delayed me from getting ink until my printer finally ran out. When I called to complain they just said it was the way they did business. They won't get my business any longer."
