I was buying TCX Infinity Gore-Tex Touring Boots for my husband's birthday on 4/1/2013 and was charged three times for one purchase of 377$! I contacted my bank, as it created overdraft and I couldn't buy milk for my kid for 4 days. Chris and David from sales department were so rude and arrogant with me during the claim investigation period, and few days latter when they eventually did what I begged them to do advised by my bank, and the 800$ were posted back on my account, they not even apologias, instead they sent me humiliating email.
