"Pathetic, useless. Never got order. Were rude and obnoxious.

Payed for Rock Band PS3 and extra guitar controller via Visa credit card. They advertised 6 - 10 day delivery time, never sent the promised tracking information, and when emailed about that they said 3 times it was about to be sent or already had been. 2 weeks after the initial order they cancelled it without my permission. I do not yet know if they have actually refunded my money or not.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

"Advertised that item was in stock and would ship in 5-10 business days. Credit card charged and item never shipped. 2 months of emails and phone calls never returned. Still don't have product or $300 returned. Turning into a downright criminal act. Never do business with this company."

"Ordered on the 7th. Apx. 10 days later tried calling to let them know I didn't receive my IPOD yet. They only have an answering machine. Took them a few days to get back to me and they didn't call - they sent an email.

Took them a day to figure out it hadn't shipped (even though all the required info was on their answering machine and contained within the emails I had sent them???)

Then, they asked if I wanted to cancel or have it shipped ASAP. I said please ship ASAP and send tracking number for shipment. They said they'd send the tracking number when it posted. 6 days later no tracking number. Multiple calls to them - emails - you name it. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!

Finally, I called my credit card (to let them know I'd been duped by an online retailer) and they said to send them another email to officially cancel and then they would go after the money paid to them. I just got an email saying that my order was cancelled. What a joke.

I've never had a problem like this from an online retailer.
Their internet site still says the IPODs are in stock and per their site, everything ships froms warehouses within 24-36 hours - yeah right.

It's one thing if the first shipment got messed up - hey - mistakes happen. But then after that.....they knew about it and said they would ship it/forward tracking number to me ASAP...and they simply failed to do it AND to communicate to me.
